Insecure file permissions in the CodeCatalyst connection handler in AWS Toolkit for VS Code before 4.10.0 allowed local users to obtain CodeCatalyst bearer tokens via reading world-readable token cache files. To mitigate this issue, users should upgrade to version 4.10.0 or later.

——0Electronic delivery item Inspection Support System provided by Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism contains an improper file access permission vulnerability. Files in the installation folder of the application may be tampered with, resulting in arbitrary code execution.10hCVE-2026-115478—25.1%
——8obsidian-tc is a governed, agent-ready Model Context Protocol server for Obsidian vaults. From 1.0.1 until 1.31.4, `create_entity`, `link_entities`, `rename_entity`, `unlink_entities` and `delete_entity` regenerate memory notes from SQLite at the computed `memory/<type>/<name>.md` path without reliably preserving note ownership or the consistency of a failed lifecycle operation. During shared materialization, a hand-authored note or an orphan left by a different entity whose name sanitized to the same path could have its entire body overwritten on the next write naming that type and name, with non-owned frontmatter preserved. `rename_entity` also seeded the destination path with a direct atomic write without validating ownership and could overwrite a foreign note there. Separately, several tools mutated SQLite before fallible filesystem work: `create_entity` and `link_entities` inserted the row or relation before materialization; `rename_entity` updated the entity, including a retired status, before updating its note; `unlink_entities` removed a relation before rematerializing the source note; and `delete_entity`'s cascade removed the target and its relations before rematerializing neighbouring notes. A later filesystem failure could therefore leave a row or relation changed and the memory graph inconsistent with the notes on disk even when the operation failed. An authorized caller with the required memory-tool permissions could, without intending to, destroy the body of a vault note outside the entity being written; `delete_entity` additionally requires its deletion permission and destructive confirmation, which this memory flaw does not bypass. Snapshots-before-write through `restore_note` mitigate the overwrite only where snapshots are enabled and the note had previously been written through obsidian-tc. This issue is fixed in version 1.31.4.3dCVE-2026-115253—2.6%
——1An incorrect permission assignment vulnerability in the WatchGuard Agent's log directory allows a local, authenticated non-administrative user to create, modify, append to, or delete the agent's log files and write other files into the directory. This allows an attacker to tamper with or destroy the agent's security logs and stage further local attacks by placing executable content in a directory owned by a privileged service.4dCVE-2026-1136587.5 HIG49.1%
——15ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system. Prior to 4.33.0, the unauthenticated Rich Text CSV conversion route writes a multipart upload to the system temporary directory before checking its extension and does not remove the staged file when that validation rejects it. Repeated large rejected uploads, using the normal public CSRF cookie, can persistently consume temporary-disk capacity and may disrupt ApostropheCMS and other services that depend on the same partition. This issue is fixed in version 4.33.0.4dCVE-2026-93446—16.2%
——5Incomplete cleanup vulnerability in Apache Tomcat could cause TLS 1.3 connections to fail intermittently.
This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M21 through 11.0.26, from 10.1.25 through 10.1.60, from 9.0.90 through 9.0.122.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.27, 10.1.61 or 9.0.123, which fix the issue.6dCVE-2026-88041—16.2%
——5Incomplete cleanup vulnerability in Apache Tomcat allowed an trailer information from a previous request to leak into a subsequent request.
This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M23 through 11.0.26, from 10.1.27 through 10.1.60, from 9.0.92 through 9.0.122.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.27, 10.1.61 or 9.0.123, which fix the issue.6d
