Roo Code through 3.54.0 contains a command approval bypass vulnerability in parseCommandLine() that allows attackers to auto-approve arbitrary shell commands by placing a command substitution in command position. Attackers using indirect prompt injection can submit commands like $(echo touch /tmp/x) that pass the echo allowlist check, causing the shell to execute the output without user approval.

CVE-2026-1003517.4 HIG—
——0kin-openapi is a Go project for handling OpenAPI files. From 0.144.0 until 0.147.0, openapi3filter.ValidationHandler validates an operation selected from decoded URL.Path while a downstream gorilla/mux router configured with UseEncodedPath can dispatch a different operation selected from URL.RawPath. When a public exact route and a protected parameterized route use the same method and overlap after decoding, an unauthenticated remote request containing an encoded path separator can be validated as public and then dispatched to the protected handler without invoking the configured AuthenticationFunc. The reachable path parameter is constrained to an encoded representation that decodes to the public literal route, and proxies that canonicalize the URI before forwarding prevent this specific mismatch. This issue is fixed in version 0.147.0.11hCVE-2026-1010196.5 MED9.1%
——3Description
NGINX JavaScript (njs) has a vulnerability where the njs XML module exposes entity-backed XML attributes inconsistently with libxml2 canonicalization. In both the built-in njs and QuickJS backends during the canonicalization process, the $attr$Name getter may return undefined for an explicitly present attribute containing an internal entity reference. The $attrs getter may return a value derived only from the first attribute child. This may allow an unauthenticated attacker that invests significant effort in obtaining a genuinely signed document to skip validation while signature verification succeeds. An nginx-saml deployment is a confirmed affected consumer when run with the built-in njs backend.
Impact
In affected signed-XML consumers, an unauthenticated attacker can cause security-relevant attributes to appear absent or truncated while signature verification succeeds. In nginx-saml, this can bypass expiry, Destination, and request-correlation checks, enabling replay or acceptance of a response outside its intended context. It does not permit signature or identity forgery, or a direct availability impact. There is no control plane exposure; this is a data plane issue only.
Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated.11hCVE-2026-1102048.8 HIG40.6%
——12Roo Code through 3.54.0 contains a command approval bypass vulnerability that allows attackers to run denied shell commands because parseCommandLine() treats ${ command; } substitutions as parameter expansions. Attackers using indirect prompt injection can embed denied commands inside an allowlisted command like echo to execute them without user approval on bash 5.3+ or ksh93.10hCVE-2026-1102038.8 HIG35.4%
——11Roo Code through 3.54.0 contains a command approval bypass vulnerability that allows attackers to auto-approve denied shell commands by abusing quote-masking regex in parseCommandLine(). Attackers can use indirect prompt injection with escaped or single-quoted double quotes to hide command separators behind allowlisted prefixes like echo, executing commands without user approval.10hCVE-2026-1102028.8 HIG22.9%
——7Roo Code through 3.54.0 contains a command approval bypass vulnerability in getCommandDecision() that allows attackers to auto-approve denied shell commands by prefixing them with a bare >& redirect. Attackers using indirect prompt injection can make the allowlist match a redirect target like echo while the shell runs the denied command on the developer machine.10hCVE-2026-1094298.8 HIG45.5%
——14Mistral Vibe before 2.25.4 contains a command permission gate bypass vulnerability that allows attackers to execute arbitrary commands by hiding a command substitution inside a single-quoted variable value that tree-sitter-bash static parsing cannot detect. Attackers can craft input such as embedding a command substitution within a single-quoted variable and re-expanding it with the ${var@P} prompt-transform operator so bash's promptvars feature executes the hidden command at runtime while only the trailing allowlisted command is classified, resulting in silent arbitrary command execution with the privileges of the agent's terminal session.2d
