JuggleIM im-server through 1.8.16 contains a weak password hashing vulnerability that stores admin console passwords as unsalted SHA-1 digests via tools.SHA1 in services/accountservice.go. Attackers who obtain the accounts table through database access or backups can crack console passwords using precomputed tables or GPU brute force.

CVE-2026-1120292.5 LOW0.1%
——0A vulnerability has been found in diem-project diem up to 5.1.3. This affects an unknown part of the file lib/model/doctrine/PluginDmUser.class.php of the component SHA1 Handler. Such manipulation of the argument salt/password leads to password hash with insufficient computational effort. The attack needs to be performed locally. The attack requires a high level of complexity. It is indicated that the exploitability is difficult. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.1dCVE-2026-1120263.7 LOW9.5%
——3A security vulnerability has been detected in light0011 cms c774dce31c6df0055568a8d5c53d964d99be199d/f72cf46f601efb2a0618c3814cc2f61380b38930. Affected is the function sha1 of the file App/Home/Model/UserModel.class.php. The manipulation of the argument Password leads to password hash with insufficient computational effort. The attack may be initiated remotely. A high degree of complexity is needed for the attack. The exploitability is told to be difficult. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.2dCVE-2026-1101045.9 MED19.7%
——6Xxyopen novel through 3.5.0 contains a weak password hashing vulnerability that allows attackers to recover plaintext passwords because UserServiceImpl.register() stores unsalted MD5 digests in user_info.password. Attackers who obtain the password column through a database leak or backup exposure can crack hashes with precomputed tables or GPU brute force and reuse credentials.4dCVE-2026-623768.1 HIG11.1%
——3Vikunja is an open-source self-hosted task management platform. Versions prior to 2.4.0 store password-reset, email-confirmation, and account-deletion tokens in the `user_tokens` table in plaintext. If an attacker gains read access to the database through a backup leak, misconfigured storage, or SQL-level exposure, they can immediately use pending tokens to take over user accounts without knowing passwords. Version 2.4.0 fixes the issue.4dCVE-2026-1078295.9 MED8.8%
——3Jivejdon through 5.0 contains a weak password storage vulnerability that stores account passwords as unsalted MD5 digests via ToolsUtil.hash() in AccountDaoSql. Attackers who obtain the user table through database access or SQL injection can crack passwords with precomputed tables or GPU attacks.6dCVE-2026-105804—0.1%
——0Payload is a free and open source headless content management system. Payload versions from 3.0.0 before 3.90.0 and canary versions from 4.0.0-canary.0 before 4.0.0-canary.34 use a lower-than-recommended PBKDF2 work factor for password hashing, reducing the computational effort required to test recovered password hashes. This issue is fixed in versions 3.90.0 and 4.0.0-canary.34.14d
