Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 5.1.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow can enter an infinite loop while rewriting PDF pages. PdfParser.rewrite_pages() follows Parent relationships without detecting a cycle in the page tree. An attacker can supply a cyclic PDF to an application that appends an image to that PDF. This can hold the worker at full CPU and deny service. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0.

CVE-2026-112391——
——0Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 5.1.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow's PdfParser.get_value() can recurse without a limit while reading nested PDF objects. The parser follows attacker-controlled arrays and dictionaries when an existing PDF is opened for append. An attacker can provide a deeply nested PDF to an application that saves an image with PDF append enabled. This can raise an uncaught RecursionError or terminate the worker, causing denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0.13hCVE-2026-112390——
——0Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 7.2.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow can enter an infinite loop while determining the frame count of a MIC image. MicImageFile inherits TIFF frame traversal, but MicImageFile.tell reports the OLE stream index and its seek() resets TIFF frame state, so an embedded TIFF with at least three IFDs never advances. When an application with olefile installed reads n_frames or saves all frames from a crafted MIC file, the non-advancing traversal can hold a worker at full CPU indefinitely. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0.13hCVE-2026-1120465.5 MED1.6%
——0OW2 ASM 9.11 before 9.11.1 contains an infinite loop vulnerability in Label.resolve() caused by 16-bit forward-reference offsets truncating when rewritten methods exceed 64 KB. Attackers can supply crafted class files whose transformed code grows past 65535 bytes, hanging ClassReader.accept() and denying service to build tools, instrumenters, agents, or analyzers.14hCVE-2026-68906—29.6%
——9libIEC61850 is an open-source implementation of IEC 61850 client and server protocols including MMS, GOOSE, Sampled Values, and R-Session. Prior to 1.6.2, parseUserInformation in src/mms/iso_acse/acse.c checks len for zero before validating the negative bufPos returned by BerDecoder_decodeLength for a truncated long-form length. The continue path therefore swallows the error, reads buffer[-1], resets parsing to the beginning, and repeats the same malformed state. An unauthenticated remote peer can send a malformed AARE PDU during association to cause an infinite CPU loop under a normal allocator or a one-byte out-of-bounds read and process abort when the preceding byte is inaccessible. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.2.21hCVE-2026-1076217.5 HIG26.4%
——8JPEGParser can enter an infinite loop while parsing a specially crafted or truncated stream.4dCVE-2026-1052737.5 HIG26.4%
——8MP4Parser does not adequately validate MP4 box sizes. A malformed box can cause parsing to make no forward progress and repeatedly process the same input.4d
