Technical description

A vulnerability was determined in NocoDB up to 2026.07.0. This vulnerability affects the function UserRefreshToken.deleteAllUserToken of the file /auth/user/signup of the component PublicApiLimiterGuard. This manipulation causes allocation of resources. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The attack is considered to have high complexity. It is stated that the exploitability is difficult. Code-verified absence of in-app rate limiting on the unauthenticated signup and password-forgot endpoints and per-request refresh/OAuth token invalidation, but the vendor documents the pass-through limiter as intentional design. The vendor deleted the GitHub issue for this vulnerability without any explanation. Afterwards the vendor was contacted early about this disclosure via email but did not respond in any way.

——0A vulnerability was identified in smg-project smg 1.7.0/1.8.0/1.9.0/1.10.0/1.10.1. Affected is the function jpeg_turbo::decode_jpeg_rgb of the file crates/multimodal/src/jpeg_turbo.rs of the component llm-multimodal. The manipulation leads to uncontrolled memory allocation. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. Upgrading to version 1.11.0 is able to address this issue. The identifier of the patch is 8f51b57e219a914089e345b704c3c8de37a3bb8e. It is advisable to upgrade the affected component.14h
CVE-2026-115824—

——0Starman versions before 0.4019 for Perl allow memory exhaustion via unbounded buffering of chunked request bodies. The chunked body decoder keeps each chunk in memory until the whole chunk and its CRLF have arrived, and sets no limit on the length of a chunk-size line. A client that declares a huge chunk size and streams data, or sends a chunk-size line that never ends, grows the buffer for as long as it keeps sending. A remote attacker can exhaust worker memory with a single connection.20h
CVE-2026-115817—
—
——0Starman versions before 0.4019 for Perl allow a stalled request body to hold a worker indefinitely, as read_timeout covers only the headers. Content-Length and chunked request bodies are read with blocking reads and no deadline. A client that sends complete headers and then stalls or trickles the body keeps the worker waiting until it disconnects. A remote attacker can take every worker with a few such connections, five with the default worker count, so the server stops answering requests. Version 0.4019 applies read_timeout to each wait for body data and adds a body_timeout limit, 300 seconds by default, on the total time to read a body.20h

——0vLLM from 0.18.0 before 0.31.0 contains a resource exhaustion vulnerability that allows API clients to bypass the video/jpeg frame-count cap by overriding num_frames through media_io_kwargs. Attackers can set num_frames to -1 with a large inline video so VideoMediaIO.load_base64 decodes every frame, exhausting memory and crashing the API frontend.23h
CVE-2026-1161777.5 HIG

——0vLLM from 0.10.2 before 0.25.0 contains an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to exhaust memory because the Nemotron-VL processors globally set Image.MAX_IMAGE_PIXELS to None. Attackers can submit a pathological decompression-bomb image to /v1/chat/completions to OOM-kill the worker and deny service to co-tenants.23h
CVE-2026-1161433.3 LOW

——0ImageMagick before 6.9.13-58 and 7.x before 7.1.2-33 contains a policy bypass in the PS, PDF and XPS decoders that allows the security policy's list length limit on scene selection to be circumvented. Attackers supplying a specific argument can cause ImageMagick to process more scenes than permitted, potentially exhausting resources.23h
