phpMyAdmin through 5.2.3 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows database users with CREATE privilege to inject script via unescaped table names in DesignerHistory.display(). Attackers can create a table whose name contains HTML markup that executes in another user's session when they add a condition on it in Designer query mode.

CVE-2026-618048.1 HIG—
———myTinyWMS is a free, open-source warehouse management system. Prior to version 1.6.4, `Product (Artikel)` and `Category` management store the `name` parameter without adequate backend sanitization and render raw database strings through unescaped Blade output in dynamic table cells, including `article/index.blade.php` and `category/index.blade.php`. An authenticated attacker can save malicious input through product creation or category forms. When another user, including a worker or administrator, opens the corresponding product sheet, category listing or dashboard, the stored JavaScript executes in that user's browser context. This can enable cross-user script execution, session theft and administrative takeover. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.4.5hCVE-2026-39375——
———Frappe Learning Management System (LMS) is a learning system that helps users structure their content. Prior to version 2.52.0, an authenticated user with a course editing role can inject malicious JavaScript through meta tag fields in the Course Management module. The values are stored without adequate HTML sanitization and are not safely escaped when rendered, allowing stored cross-site scripting. This issue is fixed in version 2.52.0.5hCVE-2026-1193656.5 MED—

———RTIR extends RT's HTML scrubber to allow an internal link
placeholder, and the extension lets through any link that merely
contains the placeholder, including links using the executable
javascript: scheme. The change applies to the whole RT instance
once RTIR is installed, not only to RTIR's own queues. Anyone who
can add HTML content to a ticket on such an instance can store
such a link. That includes an unauthenticated sender of HTML email
to the Incident Reports queue, which RTIR opens to everyone by
default. Script runs when a user clicks the link, in that user's
session, and can act in RT with that user's authority.
This issue was fixed in version 5.0.11 and 6.0.46hCVE-2026-105455——
———RTIR's ticket creation forms show the subject of the related
ticket when splitting a ticket or creating an incident from a
report, and they render that subject without HTML escaping. A
ticket subject containing script runs it when a user opens either
form. RTIR grants everyone the right to create Incident Reports by
default, so an unauthenticated sender of an emailed report can set
that subject. The script then runs in the session of the incident
handler who creates an incident from the report or splits it, and
can act in RT with that user's authority.
The issue was fixed in version 6.0.4. RTIR 5.0 is not
