Improper release of expired privileged access checkouts in the PAM scheduled check-in task in Devolutions Server 2025.3.2.0 through 2026.2.22.0 allows an authenticated user with checkout rights on a PAM account to retain access to that account on the target system after the checkout expires via a backlog of 21 or more newer active checkouts that prevents the expired checkout from being checked in and its password from being rotated.

CVE-2026-1213914.3 MED—
———FreeRDP from 3.0.0 before 3.32.2 contains a file descriptor leak in parallel_process_irp_create that fails to close previous descriptors on repeated IRP_MJ_CREATE requests. A hostile RDP server with parallel-device redirection enabled can send repeated CREATE requests to exhaust the client descriptor table and crash the process.11hCVE-2026-115215——
——0In Eclipse ThreadX NetX Duo versions 6.0 through 6.5.2.202603a, the NetX Secure DTLS server allocates a session from its fixed session pool for the first datagram from any unrecognised address and port, before the cookie exchange, and never releases a session whose handshake stalls. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can exhaust the pool with one spoofed datagram per source and deny DTLS service to legitimate clients until the application resets the sessions.16hCVE-2026-908705.3 MED19.2%
——6A missing release of backend receiver sessions in the Ad Hoc Transfer component of Progress Software WS_FTP Server versions prior to 2024.0.7 and 2025.0.4 on Windows could lead to server resource exhaustion and service degradation.5dCVE-2026-115793—33.9%
——10P-Net before 1.0.3 does not release the RPC session allocated for an RPC request that names an unknown interface or object UUID, and does not start a timeout for it. Repeated requests with different activity UUIDs exhaust the available sessions. Once they are exhausted the device no longer answers new RPC requests, including Endpoint Mapper Lookup and Connect, until it is restarted. A remote unauthenticated attacker can use this to cause a denial of service.6dCVE-2026-112200—35.7%
——11P-Net before 1.0.3 does not release the Application Relationship (AR) and the RPC session when an RPC request is rejected because its data representation has incorrect endianness. The session and its AR remain allocated, so repeated requests exhaust the available sessions. Once they are exhausted the device no longer answers new RPC requests, including Connect, until it is restarted. A remote unauthenticated attacker can use this to cause a denial of service.6dCVE-2026-118262—22.9%
——7Echo is a Go web framework. From 4.15.0 until 4.16.1 and 5.4.1, Echo's Proxy middleware can retain a handler, copy goroutines, and network connections after a WebSocket client disconnects when the upstream keeps its connection open. The raw proxy waits for both copy directions without reliably closing the peer connection when one direction ends, including when a rejected upgrade response uses HTTP keep-alive. Repeated connections can accumulate resources and cause denial of service, depending on proxy-route accessibility, upstream behavior, and connection deadlines. This issue is fixed in 4.16.1 and 5.4.1.17h
