Technical description

The VobSub subtitle decoder libsub_vob (part of the Amlogic DroidLogic SubTitleService), as shipped on Nexbox A95X (Amlogic S905X) TV boxes, contains an out-of-bounds write vulnerability in vob_fill_pixel() that allows remote attackers to corrupt stack memory by sending a crafted SET_CONTR command with an attacker-controlled alpha value that drives an unbounded array index (change_data) past the end of the fixed four-element PixelDatas array. Attackers can exploit this by sending malicious VobSub data over the unauthenticated tcp/10100 socket or via a malicious .sub file to zero out adjacent stack bytes, resulting in silent stack corruption or process crash.

CVE-2026-1200675.9 MED
—
———For updatable cursors, which are enabled by default, psqlODBC adds hidden ctid and, for tables with OIDs, oid columns to the query. It copies each value into a 32-byte stack buffer using the length the server sent, without checking it against the buffer size, so a value of 32 bytes or more writes past the buffer. A server not trusted under current SSL settings can send such a value. So can any database user who can create a view with its own column named ctid that the application reads with an updatable cursor. Builds with _FORTIFY_SOURCE abort; other builds overwrite adjacent stack memory. Versions before psqlODBC 18.00.0006 are affected.5h
CVE-2026-1200635.9 MED
—
———When psqlODBC quotes a schema or table name into a 128-byte stack buffer, its length check lets it write up to two bytes past the end of the buffer for a long name. The names come from the application's SQL text: the table of a statement the driver parses to describe its columns, and the target of the last INSERT when the driver rewrites SELECT @@IDENTITY. In the @@IDENTITY rewrite, a column name sent by the server can also write one byte past the buffer. The bytes written past the buffer are a double quote and a NUL. An application that forwards untrusted SQL text to the driver exposes its process to stack corruption. Versions before psqlODBC 18.00.0006 are affected.5h
CVE-2026-1200587.5 HIG
—
———psqlODBC sizes its row cache from the column count of a cursor's first result, but recomputes the column count from each later FETCH reply without checking that it matches. A server not trusted under current SSL settings can answer a later FETCH with more columns and make the driver write tuple records past the end of the heap allocation. A keyset reply with fewer columns than the key fields also underflows the unsigned field count. This is reachable with UseDeclareFetch enabled. Versions before psqlODBC 18.00.0006 are affected.5h
CVE-2026-115653—
—
———In Eclipse ThreadX versions 6.0.1 through 6.5.2.202603, the PendSV handler of the Cortex-M module ports saves a preempted user-mode module thread's registers in privileged mode at addresses taken from the thread's stack pointer, without checking that pointer against the thread's stack. A user-mode, memory-protected module can thereby write up to nine words, eight of its choosing, or 25 with floating-point state, into memory immediately below any region it may write, and read back what is stored there.6h
CVE-2026-1204566.1 MED
—
———L-SMASH through 2.14.5 contains a heap out-of-bounds write vulnerability in isom_read_hdlr() and isom_read_dref_entry() in core/read.c triggered by oversized box sizes. Attackers can supply crafted MP4 or MOV files declaring hdlr or url box sizes larger than remaining data, stalling the stream position and corrupting heap memory to crash applications.7h
CVE-2026-1204556.1 MED

———rapidyaml through 0.16.0 contains an out-of-bounds write vulnerability in ParseEngine::_add_annotation() that allows attackers to corrupt memory by supplying YAML with excess anchors or tags. Attackers can submit YAML with consecutive anchors or tags to overflow the fixed two-element annotation array in release builds, corrupting stack memory and crashing the process.6h
