Technical description

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: cfg80211: cancel pmsr_free_wk in cfg80211_pmsr_wdev_down When the nl80211 socket that originated a PMSR request is closed, cfg80211_release_pmsr() sets the request's nl_portid to zero and schedules pmsr_free_wk to process the abort asynchronously. If the interface is concurrently torn down before that work runs, cfg80211_pmsr_wdev_down() calls cfg80211_pmsr_process_abort() directly. However, the already- scheduled pmsr_free_wk work item remains pending and may run after the interface has been removed from the driver. This could cause the driver's abort_pmsr callback to operate on a torn-down interface, leading to undefined behavior and potential crashes. Cancel pmsr_free_wk synchronously in cfg80211_pmsr_wdev_down() before calling cfg80211_pmsr_process_abort(). This ensures any pending or in-progress work is drained before interface teardown proceeds, preventing the work from invoking the driver abort callback after the interface is gone.

——5VoiceSentinel is a real-time voice moderation system for Minecraft servers. From 2.2.1 until 3.3.1, the optional report buffer feature has a race between retention cleanup and normal transcript writes. In `report_buffer.py`, `_maybe_cleanup()` uses an unlocked dictionary for once-per-hour cleanup throttling, allowing simultaneous `_cleanup_tenant()` operations for one tenant. Cleanup reads `transcripts.jsonl` and rewrites it in place without file locking or atomic replacement, while `report_buffer_append_async` uses `asyncio.to_thread` to append without synchronization. In `main.py`, concurrent `_processing_worker` tasks make this reachable in normal operation; `processing.worker_count` of two or more and public-pool servers sharing a `server_key` increase collisions. With `report_buffer.enabled` set to true, racing writes can lose, duplicate or corrupt transcript data and defeat `report_buffer.retention_seconds` pruning, allowing unbounded disk growth that can exhaust storage and crash the host or other services sharing it. The feature is opt-in and disabled by default. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.1.2d

——2A flaw was found in the HOTP authentication mechanism of the keycloak-services component, which provides identity and access management services. The issue occurs because the system validates a one-time password and updates its internal counter in two separate steps without proper locking. An attacker with a users password could exploit this timing gap to use a single one-time code to log in multiple times simultaneously.3d

——9A vulnerability has been found in a2aproject a2a-js up to 1.1.0. Impacted is the function ResultManager.applyStatusUpdate of the file src/server/result_manager.ts of the component Task Status Update Handler. Such manipulation leads to race condition. The attack may be launched remotely. Upgrading to version 1.2.0 is recommended to address this issue. The name of the patch is 7b87c9480bfa643f9d2b2eaf06988b3d3a95de25. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component.4d

——8A security vulnerability has been detected in a2aproject a2a-java up to 1.2.0.Final. This impacts the function TaskManager.saveTaskEvent. The manipulation leads to race condition. The attack may be initiated remotely. Upgrading to version 1.3.0.Final will fix this issue. The identifier of the patch is 6b8e1e085c35e970ef0048901cd25850e4791ec2. The affected component should be upgraded.5d

——0@fastify/session is a session plugin for Fastify. In all releases before 11.1.6, with the default rolling session behavior, a request that restored a session before a logout could save its own copy after another request had completed the session destroy call, recreating the destroyed session identifier with its authenticated data. An attacker who already holds a victim's valid signed session cookie and keeps a request in flight across the logout can replay that cookie to restore the session after it was meant to be revoked, without any cookie theft or signature forgery. The issue is fixed in @fastify/session 11.1.6, which adds a per session generation marker and a conditional store write so a session restored before a logout or regeneration cannot recreate or overwrite the current entry, and users should upgrade to 11.1.6 or later. There is no workaround, and custom session stores must implement the new conditional write.5d
