Summary description

Apache Tomcat contains a missing encryption of sensitive data vulnerability that allows the bypass of the EncryptInterceptor. This vulnerability can be chained with CVE‑2025‑24813.

Technical description

Missing Encryption of Sensitive Data vulnerability in Apache Tomcat due to the fix for CVE-2026-29146 allowing the bypass of the EncryptInterceptor. This issue affects Apache Tomcat: 11.0.20, 10.1.53, 9.0.116. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.21, 10.1.54 or 9.0.117, which fix the issue.

——0DJI drones transmit DUML (DJI Universal Markup Language) protocol messages over BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) without encryption. When a client attempts to connect to the drone over Wi-Fi, or when the drone is switched to QuickTransfer mode, the DJI Fly application exchanges DUML messages with the drone over BLE, including the Wi-Fi credentials. An attacker within BLE range can passively sniff this traffic and recover the credentials in cleartext, including the drone's Wi-Fi PSK, SSID, and trusted identifier UUID. Affected enterprise deployments place either a Google Chrome Endpoint stage with mode set to REQUIRED or the deprecated Google Chrome Device Trust Connector stage in an authentication flow. The device attestation occurs in a verification iframe that calls the Google Verified Access API and records the verified device on success, but the vulnerable stages treat the flow as passed as soon as the stage is submitted. An attacker who can reach such a stage, including after primary username and password authentication, can skip the verification iframe and authenticate from a device that was never verified.
