Technical description

TIM Flow before 26.0.6 contains a CRLF injection vulnerability that allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary HTTP headers and response body content by embedding unsanitized carriage return and line feed sequences in the rt URL parameter, which is reflected into Set-Cookie response headers. Attackers can craft malicious requests to induce authenticated users to execute arbitrary JavaScript in their browser context, enabling session token theft and account credential modification.

6cpp-httplib is a C++ header-only HTTP/HTTPS library. In version 0.49.0, the chunked-response trailer output path writes trailer header names and values directly to the socket without validating them, allowing CRLF sequences in a trailer field to inject additional headers or split the HTTP response. Unlike every other header-writing path in the library, the trailer-writing code applies none of the field-name and field-value checks that reject carriage return and line feed, so an application that places attacker-influenced data into a chunked response trailer emits attacker-controlled CRLF onto the wire. This enables HTTP response splitting, letting an attacker forge response headers or inject a second response. This issue is fixed in version 0.50.0.5d

7go-wind-cms (GoWind) before 1.0.0 has a missing authorization vulnerability. The NewAuthorizer() function in app/admin/service/internal/data/data.go and app/app/service/internal/data/data.go returns a no-op authorization engine (noop.State{}), so the authz middleware always allows requests. Any authenticated user (regardless of role or tenant) can invoke administrative APIs such as deleting users, resetting passwords, and creating tenants.12h

2Applications that build a Content-Disposition header value from untrusted input may be vulnerable to HTTP response splitting when the input is a malicious file name. 7ePA 3.x Integration implements the authorization workflow and writes Medical Information Objects to Germany's electronic patient record. Prior to 1.3.0, ePA 3.x Integration does not neutralize CRLF characters in values used by app/vau/VAUProtokoll.py to construct VAU inner HTTP requests. The build_inner_header function interpolates the uri, host, accept_type, content_type, content_length, USER_AGENT, and insurant_id values into request lines and headers, including x-useragent and x-insurantid. An authenticated attacker who controls a value can inject additional headers into the inner request. Depending on ePA server handling, an injected x-insurantid header can expose another patient's records, and injected Authorization headers can bypass the intended authentication or authorization context. Session-derived USER_AGENT input can also poison requests across the session. This issue is fixed in version 1.3.0.15d

10FreeRDP before 3.29.0 (affected versions <= 3.28.0) does not validate CRLF and control characters in the server-controlled RDP redirection TargetNetAddress field. This value is copied into the client's ServerHostname and, when the client connects through an HTTP proxy, is written directly into the proxy CONNECT request line and Host header by http_proxy_connect() without filtering. A malicious or compromised RDP server can send a crafted redirection PDU containing embedded control characters to inject arbitrary headers/requests into the HTTP proxy CONNECT request.2d

4tiny-http through 0.12.0 contains an HTTP header injection vulnerability that allows attackers to inject carriage return (0x0D) and line feed (0x0A) bytes into HTTP header values on both request and response sides due to insufficient validation in header parsing and serialization. Attackers can exploit this injection primitive to perform response splitting, cache poisoning, session fixation via Set-Cookie injection, security header override, and request smuggling against line-feed-tolerant backends.34d
