Pillow is a Python imaging library. From version 11.2.1 to before version 12.2.0, passing nested lists as coordinates to APIs that accept coordinates such as ImagePath.Path, ImageDraw.ImageDraw.polygon and ImageDraw.ImageDraw.line could cause a heap buffer overflow, as nested lists were recursively unpacked beyond the allocated buffer. Coordinate lists are now validated to contain exactly two numeric coordinates. This issue has been patched in version 12.2.0.

CVE-2026-1168378.8 HIG—
———A malicious actor with access to the adjacent network could exploit a Heap-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability found in airMAX M, LTU, SolarPoint, and SolarSwitch devices to execute arbitrary code on the device.8hCVE-2026-1164886.8 MED—
———NXP MCUXpresso SDK USB middleware (mcuxsdk-middleware-usb) before 2.13.0 contains a heap buffer overflow in host audio, video and CDC class drivers that trust device-supplied bNumEndpoints and bLength values. A malicious USB device can supply crafted descriptors that write endpoint entries past the fixed-size epList array, corrupting heap memory for code execution or denial of service.14hCVE-2026-1162625.4 MED—
———A vulnerability was detected in libimobiledevice up to 1.4.0. The affected element is the function webinspector_receive_with_timeout of the file src/webinspector.c of the component Web Inspector. The manipulation results in heap-based buffer overflow. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.16hCVE-2026-1162586.3 MED—
——0A vulnerability was identified in libimobiledevice up to 1.4.0. This affects an unknown part of the file src/afc.c of the component AFC. Such manipulation leads to heap-based buffer overflow. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.19hCVE-2026-1161246.3 MED—
——0A security vulnerability has been detected in GNOME libgsf up to 1.14.60. The impacted element is the function ole_info_read_metabat of the file gsf/gsf-infile-msole.c of the component OLE2 Parser. The manipulation leads to heap-based buffer overflow. The attack can be initiated remotely. The identifier of the patch is a8e25560b74f84c3f86df6ca0ac59195fa5af68a. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue.19hCVE-2026-1161603.3 LOW—
——0ImageMagick before 6.9.13-58 and 7.x before 7.1.2-33 contains a heap-based buffer overflow in the X11 animate operation when processing crafted images. Attackers can supply a malicious image that, when a user runs an X11 animate operation on it, overwrites heap memory and can crash the application.19h
