A flaw has been found in Squirrel up to 3.2. Impacted is the function validate_format in the library sqstdlib/sqstdstring.cpp. Executing a manipulation can lead to stack-based buffer overflow. The attack can only be executed locally. The exploit has been published and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.

CVE-2026-1158015.3 MED1.4%
——0A security flaw has been discovered in Kakao khaiii up to 0.4. The impacted element is the function khaiii::nn::Linear::open of the file src/main/cpp/khaiii/nn/Linear.cpp of the component JSON Config File Handler. The manipulation of the argument hidden_dim/class_num results in out-of-bounds read. The attack requires a local approach. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The vendor explains: "khaiii treats the resource directory (--rsc-dir) as trusted input, like a binary or a shared library. To use this defect, an attacker must already be able to write to that directory. With that access, an attacker can change the analysis results without this defect." This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer.2dCVE-2026-1158637.6 HIG22.4%
——7ConnMan through 2.0 has a stack-based buffer overflow via a DHCPv6 Reply message. This occurs in get_domains in gdhcp/client.c. It copies a fixed NS_MAXDNAME (1025) bytes from a DHCPv6 DOMAIN_LIST (option 24) value into a 1026-byte stack buffer dns_name regardless of the actual option length, then walks DNS labels with an unbounded "c += jump + 1" loop. A crafted DHCPv6 REPLY with a DOMAIN_LIST option of >= 1025 non-zero bytes makes the label walk leave the buffer and read/write '.' past its end in attacker-chosen strides. An on-link attacker can trigger this without authentication via a forged Router Advertisement (O=1) and a forged DHCPv6 REPLY matching xid/CLIENTID with a long DOMAIN_LIST. The impact is unauthenticated on-link crash of connmand (runs as root). This was introduced in bb06c47.2dCVE-2026-539219.8 CRI66.0%
——20odhcpd is the DHCPv6, DHCPv4, and router-advertisement server used by OpenWrt. Prior to version 25.12, odhcpd's DHCPv6 IA response handler writes past the end of a fixed 512-byte stack buffer (pdbuf) when a single DHCPv6 REQUEST carries enough IA options to nearly exhaust the reply space. Two independent overflow sites exist in the same call chain, both reachable from the network via a single unauthenticated UDP packet. odhcpd runs as root on OpenWrt; embedded targets often lack stack canaries and ASLR, making code execution realistic. This issue has been patched in version 25.12.2dCVE-2026-961857.5 HIG45.1%

——0A memory corruption vulnerability exists in the web-based management interface of AOS-8. Successful exploitation could allow an authenticated low privilege attacker with local access to view some system files and interrupt the normal operation of the affected service.2dCVE-2026-957204.4 MED4.1%
——1A buffer overflow vulnerability exists in AOS-8 that could allow an authenticated attacker with administrative access to cause denial of service. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to crash the system, preventing it from rebooting without manual intervention and disrupting network operations.2d
