Technical description

Missing Authorization in Apache OFBiz 24.09 before 24.09.08 on all platforms allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to disclose internal business records — including organization, employee, product catalog, and product-store data — by requesting several helper endpoints across the Human Resources, Catalog, and Order Manager applications that are configured to skip authentication and perform no permission check before returning the requested record. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08, which fixes this issue.

———A flaw was found in the Dynamic Client Registration component of Keycloak, an open-source identity and access management solution. The issue occurs because the system does not properly restrict which claim names can be used when setting up new clients. An attacker with valid registration credentials could create a client that incorrectly maps standard user profile information to sensitive security roles, potentially allowing them to gain unauthorized privileges on external applications that trust Keycloak tokens.3h
CVE-2026-928564.9 MED
—
———A flaw was found in the SAML brokering component of Keycloak, an identity and access management solution. The issue occurs when Keycloak acts as an intermediary between an upstream identity provider and downstream services. Keycloak fails to respect specific security instructions called ProxyRestrictions in the login messages it receives. This allows a user to log into downstream services even when the original identity provider explicitly forbade further sharing of the login session. As a result, users can bypass security boundaries intended to limit where their identity can be used.3h
CVE-2026-1090816.8 MED
—
———A flaw was found in Keycloak. The Dynamic Client Registration (DCR) endpoint does not properly validate authorization when processing the deprecated defaultRoles field. An authenticated attacker with client creation privileges or an Initial Access Token (IAT) can inject excessive roles into the realm's default roles configuration. This causes clients across the realm to generate bloated access tokens, resulting in performance and memory degradation that can lead to a Denial of Service (DoS).3h

———Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows. Prior to 2.18.0, the multi-user HTTP endpoints POST /apis/v2beta1/pipelines/upload and POST /apis/v2beta1/pipelines/upload_version call canUploadVersionedPipeline, which returns without SubjectAccessReview when the target namespace is empty while REQUIRE_NAMESPACE_FOR_PIPELINES defaults to false. A low-privilege tenant can create shared pipelines or inject attacker-controlled versions into existing shared pipelines without the required write permission; if the API server is directly reachable without an authenticating proxy, an unauthenticated caller can exploit the same bypass, while deployments protected by such a proxy do not expose anonymous access. An enabled unpinned recurring run that follows the latest version can then execute the injected specification in another tenant's namespace under that workload's service account, while pinned or embedded-specification runs are not automatically substituted. This issue is fixed in version 2.18.0.10h

———The Model Context Protocol TypeScript SDK provides TypeScript client and server implementations of the Model Context Protocol. Prior to 1.32.0 in @modelcontextprotocol/sdk and from 2.0.0 until 2.3.0 in @modelcontextprotocol/client, the HTTP client transports and OAuth client requests followed redirects to a different origin while retaining custom request headers and, for HTTP 307 or 308 responses, request bodies. The affected surfaces are StreamableHTTPClientTransport, SSEClientTransport, and OAuth client functions such as auth(). The trigger is an HTTP redirect to another origin. Custom headers and mcp-session-id can be re-sent to the redirected origin. HTTP 307 and 308 redirects can also re-send the request body. OAuth request bodies can contain refresh_token and client_secret values. Current runtimes already strip the Authorization header across origins. stdio clients do not use the affected HTTP path. A malicious or compromised MCP or authorization server could therefore receive API keys, session identifiers, OAuth refresh tokens, or OAuth client secrets. Restoring unrestricted redirect following after upgrading restores the exposure. This issue is fixed in @modelcontextprotocol/sdk 1.32.0 and @modelcontextprotocol/client 2.3.0.11h

——0OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.2.0, interface/modules/custom_modules/oe-module-faxsms/src/Controller/SignalWireClient.php decrypts a selected patient document with Document::get_data() and SignalWireClient::uploadFileForFax() writes the plaintext bytes under sites/{siteId}/fax. The module returns the resulting public URL to SignalWire, protects it only with a predictable uniqid() filename, and never removes the staged file. An unauthenticated network actor who obtains or guesses the URL can retrieve persistent patient documents even when drive encryption is enabled. This issue is fixed in version 8.2.0.13h
