———MacCMS v10 before 2026.1000.4054 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to reset any member's password because check_msg() never compares msg_to. Attackers can request a recovery code to their own mailbox via user/findpass_msg, then submit it to user/findpass_reset with the victim's email or phone to take over the account.6h

——6A vulnerability was identified in FaveoSuite Faveo Helpdesk 2.0.3. Affected by this issue is the function ForgotPasswordController::sendResetLinkEmail/PasswordController::reset of the file app/Http/Controllers/Auth/ForgotPasswordController.php. The manipulation leads to weak password recovery. The attack may be initiated remotely. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure.2d

——4OpenReception's appointment booking software provides an end-to-end encrypted appointment booking platform. Prior to version 2.0.0, the account-confirmation link in emails is built from the request Host header, with no allowlist. The unauthenticated POST /api/auth/resend-confirmation rotates a pending invitee's confirmation token and emails a link whose host comes from the request. An attacker who sends one resend-confirmation with Host: attacker.example and a pending invitee's email causes that invitee to receive a confirmation email whose only link points to the attacker. If the invitee clicks, the one-time confirmation token reaches the attacker, who then confirms the account on the real tenant domain and registers a passkey they control, taking over the account before the legitimate invitee ever uses it. All released versions through v1.1.0 are affected; no patched version exists yet. Reaching the app with a spoofed Host depends on the front proxy: the stock Caddy catch-all forwards it, while an operator who configures explicit per-tenant proxy blocks is not affected (see Details 4). The invite path builds links from the trusted tenant.domain (invite/+server.ts:204-210); the resend-confirmation path builds them from the request Host. This issue has been patched in version 2.0.0.9h

——5The Goobi viewer is a web application that allows digitised material to be displayed in a web browser. Prior to version 26.05, when a password reset link is visited, the application generates a replacement password in a predictable way and emails it to the account holder. The insufficient entropy allows the password to be brute-forced by an attacker who can approximate the server-side generation time. Exploiting this finding in isolation requires the victim to have triggered the reset themselves and the attacker to infer the server time from network or email metadata. This issue has been patched in version 26.05.3d

——8The Goobi viewer is a web application that allows digitised material to be displayed in a web browser. Prior to version 26.05, the password reset token is predictably based on the time of the reset request. An attacker who knows the target's email address can request a reset and then brute-force the token. Exploiting this finding alone forces an unauthorized password reset on any account. This issue has been patched in version 26.05.3d

——10Part-DB is an open source inventory management system for electronic components. Prior to version 2.13.3, Part-DB builds the absolute URL of the password-reset link it emails to a user from the client-supplied HTTP Host header, with no trusted-host validation. An unauthenticated attacker who submits a forgot-password request for a known account while sending a spoofed Host header causes Part-DB to email that account a reset link whose hostname is attacker-controlled, while still embedding the genuine reset token. When the victim opens the link (or an automated inbound mail-security scanner dereferences it), the valid token is disclosed to the attacker, who replays it against the real instance to set a new password and take over the account. Because the seeded admin account can be targeted, this yields full pre-authentication administrative account takeover. This issue has been patched in version 2.13.3.3d
