Technical description

Grafana's data source proxy did not apply role-based access control to write requests forwarded to Loki data sources. A user holding only the Viewer role on an affected Grafana instance could send POST, PUT and DELETE requests through the proxy to the Loki rules API (/loki/api/v1/rules), allowing them to create, modify and delete Loki alerting rules. Because those rules are stored by Loki rather than by Grafana, the change took effect for every user of that Loki data source, not only for the Viewer who made the request. Exploitation requires an authenticated Viewer account on the Grafana instance and a configured Loki data source; no other privileges are needed. Both Grafana OSS and Grafana Enterprise are affected. The defect is in Grafana's data source proxy; Loki itself is not vulnerable and does not need to be patched.

CVE-2026-61610—
—
———Lychee is a free, open-source photo-management tool. Prior to 7.6.1, when photos_star_visibility is set to anonymous, POST /api/v2/Photo::highlight can fetch and modify a photo without confirming that the caller can see it. BaseApiRequest::validateResolved() invokes SetPhotosHighlightedRequest::processValidatedValues() before authorization, and PhotoPolicy::canHighlight() returns true for anonymous callers without a canSee check. An unauthenticated attacker who can guess photo identifiers can distinguish existing private photos through differing success and not-found responses and can change their is_highlighted state, including for photos in private or password-protected albums. The issue is limited to installations using the non-default anonymous star-visibility setting. This issue is fixed in version 7.6.1.5h

——0Omada Controller's MSP and OpenAPI certificate/private-key management APIs do not properly enforce administrative authorization, allowing an authenticated user to perform privileged certificate management operations.  Successful exploitation may allow a low-privileged authenticated user to upload or delete the controller's TLS certificate or private key, potentially disrupting secure management access.7h

——0A weakness has been identified in itsmeravitejak Online-Examination-System up to e6208e630b14657999bbfe4c9912302d2a1e2449. The affected element is an unknown function of the file dbtables.sql. Executing a manipulation can lead to information disclosure. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. This product operates on a rolling release basis, ensuring continuous delivery. Consequently, there are no version details for either affected or updated releases. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.6h
CVE-2026-1039885.4 MED

——0FileRise is a self-hosted web-based file manager with multi-file upload, editing, and batch operations. Prior to 3.23.0, FileRise /api/folder/renameFolder.php authorizes an authenticated, non-folder-scoped, non-administrator with a valid CSRF token against the source folder but does not independently authorize a changed destination parent. A qualifying user who owns a source folder can move that tree beneath another user's existing folder or into the root namespace, and the operation rekeys the moved ownership and ACL records to the new path. The destination must be unused and existing victim files cannot be overwritten. Distinct pre-fix errors reveal whether a specifically guessed destination path exists, but disclose no directory listing or file contents. This issue is fixed in version 3.23.0.6h
