An authenticated user can cause a MongoDB server to crash or return incorrect results by creating documents that interfere with internal metadata processing during query execution. This stems from insufficient separation between user-controlled document fields and internal metadata in certain execution paths.

——7Initializing the DNS stub resolver from an /etc/resolv.conf file, or a LOCALDOMAIN environment variable, whose search list contains a domain of roughly 200 characters or more in the GNU C Library version 2.26 to 2.44 results in an assertion failure which aborts the process.
The resolver truncates the search list when copying it into the fixed-size _res.defdname buffer, then asserts that the copy is consistent with the full configuration. The consistency check compared against the wrong size and did not handle a first entry that does not fit, so a correctly truncated list failed the assertion. Any process that resolves names through the library is affected, including long-running processes that reload /etc/resolv.conf on the next query after it changes. Search domains are commonly written to /etc/resolv.conf from data received over DHCP or from a VPN server, so an attacker on the local network may be able to trigger this without privileges on the target system, subject to validation by the network configuration software.2hCVE-2026-924164.3 MED33.6%
——10A vulnerability has been found in Open5GS up to 2.8.0. Affected by this issue is the function smf_n4_handle_session_report_request of the file src/smf/n4-handler.c of the component PFCP Session Report Request Handler. The manipulation leads to reachable assertion. The attack may be initiated remotely. The identifier of the patch is e5f0c06d0f2d9613b003daa1cfa3ba8a4bd157e9. It is suggested to install a patch to address this issue.2dCVE-2026-802747.5 HIG40.9%
——12If a BIND resolver sends a query for a DNSSEC-signed authoritative zone, and the authoritative server replies with a valid wildcard answer and signed NSEC3 proof, followed by an unsigned NSEC at the same owner name, it will trigger an unexpected program exit.
This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.11.0 through 9.18.50, 9.20.0 through 9.20.27, 9.21.0 through 9.21.25, 9.11.3-S1 through 9.18.50-S1, and 9.20.9-S1 through 9.20.27-S1.2dCVE-2026-761637.5 HIG40.5%
——12If BIND is loaded with a "`named.conf`" file that contains no global "`options`" block, an attacker can send a query of QTYPE TKEY which may cause an assertion failure and subsequent unexpected program exit.
This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.20.0 through 9.20.27, 9.21.0 through 9.21.25, and 9.20.9-S1 through 9.20.27-S1.2dCVE-2026-734385.3 MED12.1%
——4On affected platforms running Arista EOS with Open Shortest Path First version 3 (OSPFv3) configured, an unauthenticated attacker on the same OSPFv3 broadcast domain can send a specially crafted set of packets that can cause the Ospf3 agent to restart unexpectedly. The crash results in the loss of all OSPFv3 adjacencies on the affected device and may disrupt routing across the broader OSPF domain until the agent recovers.
This issue was reported externally by Dravanet Inc., and Arista is not aware of any malicious exploitation of this vulnerability in customer networks.2dCVE-2026-919616.5 MED28.2%
——8FreeRDP before 3.31.0 contains a denial-of-service vulnerability in the URBDRC control-transfer request path that fails to validate OutputBufferSize before forwarding to the libusb backend. A malicious RDP server can send a control-transfer request with OutputBufferSize set to 65536, triggering a reachable assertion that terminates the client process.2h
