CVE-2026-1215444.9 MED—
———Koodo Reader through 2.4.6 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the self-hosted HTTP server's OPDS handlers that allows authenticated attackers to read files outside the upload directory. Attackers can upload a crafted books.db with a cover value containing ../ sequences, then request /opds/cover/{key} to read files accessible to the server process.5hCVE-2026-761248.8 HIG—
———The BuddyBoss App plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.1 via the send_feedback function. This is due to insufficient file type validation that relies solely on the client-supplied Content-Type header without server-side content inspection or extension validation. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. While uploaded files are deleted after email transmission, a race condition exists during SMTP execution that allows access to the file, and files persist indefinitely when wp_mail() fails.9hCVE-2026-99270——
———In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
tcp: Fix potential UAF in reqsk_timer_handler().
When TCP socket migration fails at inet_ehash_insert() in
reqsk_timer_handler(), we jump to the no_ownership: label
and free the new reqsk immediately with __reqsk_free().
Thus, we must stop the new reqsk's timer before jumping to the
label, but the timer might be missed since the cited commit,
resulting in UAF.
As we are in the original reqsk's timer context, we can safely
call timer_delete_sync() for the new reqsk.
Let's pass false to __inet_csk_reqsk_queue_drop() to stop
the new reqsk's timer.9hCVE-2026-1215456.5 MED—
———Dreeve before 5.8.0 contains a missing authentication vulnerability in StravaWebhookRequestHandler::handleEvent that allows unauthenticated attackers to forge Strava webhook events without signature, verify-token or owner_id checks. Attackers can send forged delete events with a known public Strava activity id to the webhook URL, causing permanent deletion of imported activities and their streams.5hCVE-2026-1191797.0 HIG—
———A flaw in the connection management layer of the MongoDB Node.js driver can leave a pooled network connection in the pool for reuse while data from an earlier operation is still outstanding on it. In applications that enable an optional client-side operation timeout, an unauthenticated party that can send ordinary requests to the application may cause database replies to be paired with the wrong requests. This may result in unintended disclosure of other users' records, incorrect operation results being returned, and failures of legitimate requests.6hCVE-2026-1197427.2 HIG—
———Nagios XI before 2026R2 contains an OS command injection vulnerability in the MIB upload feature where the install_mib() function in mibs.php sanitizes uploaded filenames with an incomplete character-substitution filter that omits semicolons, pipes, and non-space IFS whitespace characters before passing them to a grep command run via exec(). An authenticated administrator can upload a MIB file with a crafted filename using tab characters to bypass the deny-list and pipe to sh via a multipart POST request to mibs.php, resulting in arbitrary OS command execution as the web server user.5hCVE-2026-108053——

———The MCTP over USB device class in subsys/pmci/mctp/mctp_usb.c splits RX handling across two threads: the system workqueue runs mctp_usb_class_out_work(), which parses host OUT data byte by byte and fills a packet buffer at usb->rx_pkt, while the USB device stack thread runs mctp_usb_class_disable(). The disable handler used k_work_cancel(), which removes a queued work item but returns immediately without waiting for a handler that is already running, and then called mctp_usb_reset_rx_state() to mctp_pktbuf_free() the packet buffer the worker may still be using.
Both entry points into mctp_usb_class_disable() are driven by the attached USB host: a SET_CONFIGURATION request and a USB bus reset both reach it via usbd_config_reset() in subsys/usb/device_next/usbd_config.c. A host that streams partial MCTP frames on the bulk OUT endpoint and repeatedly forces a configuration change or bus reset therefore controls both the data being parsed and the moment the teardown runs, and can retry the race indefinitely without credentials or user interaction.
If the free lands while the worker holds the pointer, the worker writes host-supplied bytes into freed memory of the dedicated MCTP heap (CONFIG_MCTP_HEAP_SIZE in subsys/pmci/mctp/mctp_memory.c), corrupting recycled buffers or sys_heap free-block metadata; this window requires genuine parallelism, i.e. CONFIG_SMP or a preemptible CONFIG_SYSTEM_WORKQUEUE_PRIORITY. With the default cooperative workqueue the worker can still yield inside mctp_bus_rx() (application callback or a control-message reply blocking in mctp_usb_tx()), after which it resumes and calls mctp_pktbuf_free(usb->rx_pkt) on a pointer the teardown has NULLed, dereferencing NULL and faulting on targets with null-pointer detection.
The fix replaces the cancel with k_work_cancel_sync() plus a new struct k_work_sync out_work_sync, so disable waits for the RX worker to finish before draining the FIFO and freeing the packet buffer. The affected code is the MCTP subsystem, which is marked experimental, built only with CONFIG_MCTP_USB.8hCVE-2026-850334.6 MED—
———The AVRCP Target role in subsys/bluetooth/host/classic/avrcp.c keeps its vendor-dependent response transmit state in a per-connection object selected by connection index (get_avrcp_tg()), with the per-transfer context (tid, sent_len, and the BT_AVRCP_TG_FLAG_TX_ONGOING flag) stored in the user_data of the queued response net_buf. The AVCTP teardown handler avrcp_disconnected() did not cancel tg->vd_rsp_tx_work and did not release the buffers still queued on tg->vd_rsp_tx_pending, so a link drop in the middle of a fragmented response left the buffer on the list with TX_ONGOING still set.
A remote AVRCP Controller can trigger this deterministically: it issues a vendor-dependent command whose response exceeds one AVRCP fragment (for example GetElementAttributes or GetCapabilities), lets bt_avrcp_tg_vendor_tx_work() emit the START fragment, and then drops the ACL link instead of sending REQUEST_CONTINUING_RESPONSE. The AVCTP control channel requires an encrypted BR/EDR link (BT_SECURITY_L2), so the attacker must be a paired peer within radio range; no user interaction is needed.
Because the Target objects are static and reused, the next connection landing on the same connection index finds the stale buffer at the head of vd_rsp_tx_pending. Every run of the TX work sees TX_ONGOING and returns immediately, so all further vendor-dependent responses queue behind the stale head and are never sent — a persistent loss of AVRCP Target function that no timeout clears and only a reboot recovers. Each cycle also leaks one response buffer from a shallow application pool, and a new peer that sends REQUEST_CONTINUING_RESPONSE clears the stale TX_ONGOING via bt_avrcp_tg_process_continuing_cmd(), causing the un-sent remainder of the previous peer's response to be transmitted to it.
The fix cancels tg->vd_rsp_tx_work and unrefs every buffer on tg->vd_rsp_tx_pending in avrcp_disconnected(); since the TX context lives in the buffer user_data, releasing the buffers also resets the TX state machine. There is no memory corruption: the pre-fix buffer is leaked with a live reference, so no use-after-free arises.8hCVE-2026-850346.7 MED—
———The Bluetooth host's GATT client passed the value of a received Handle Value Notification, Handle Value Indication or Multiple Handle Value Notification to bt_gatt_subscribe_params::notify callbacks using only the length derived from the received ATT PDU. bt_att_recv() in subsys/bluetooth/host/att.c validates only a minimum PDU length and does not enforce the negotiated ATT MTU, and the fixed ATT L2CAP channel in subsys/bluetooth/host/l2cap.c applies no rx.mtu check either, so the only ceiling was the ACL reassembly buffer CONFIG_BT_BUF_ACL_RX_SIZE. Values longer than the 512-octet maximum attribute length defined by the Bluetooth Core Specification (Vol 3, Part F, Section 3.2.9) could therefore be handed to subscribers that size their buffers to that documented limit.
A remote peer that a device has connected and subscribed to — a malicious, spoofed or compromised GATT server within radio range — triggers the flaw by sending a notification or indication whose value exceeds 512 octets on a subscribed handle. In the LE Audio unicast client this reaches a concrete out-of-bounds write: unicast_client_ep_notify() in subsys/bluetooth/audio/bap_unicast_client.c copies the notification into the 512-byte att_buf of struct unicast_client with net_buf_simple_add_mem() and no tailroom check whenever length equals bt_audio_get_max_ntf_size(), i.e. the negotiated ATT MTU minus three. notify_handler() in subsys/bluetooth/audio/bap_broadcast_assistant.c has the same shape. Reaching the overflow requires a build whose ATT MTU exceeds 515 octets (CONFIG_BT_L2CAP_TX_MTU and CONFIG_BT_BUF_ACL_RX_SIZE set for full-length attribute support); the shipped defaults are far smaller.
The overflow writes peer-controlled bytes past att_buf directly over the adjacent struct net_buf_simple net_buf — its data, __buf, len and size fields — which the subsequent long-read accumulation then uses as its destination, turning a small linear overflow into a controlled write. net_buf_simple_add() only asserts on insufficient tailroom unless CONFIG_NET_BUF_HARDENING is enabled, and that option is disabled by default, so ordinary production builds perform the copy. Beyond the in-tree LE Audio clients, any application subscriber that sized its receive buffer to the specification's 512-octet limit was exposed to the same overflow.
The fix rejects notification, indication and multiple-notification values longer than BT_ATT_MAX_ATTRIBUTE_LEN in call_notify_cb_and_maybe_unsubscribe() in subsys/bluetooth/host/gatt.c before any subscriber callback is invoked, so no subscriber can be handed more than the specified maximum. Remaining tuples of a multiple handle value notification are still delivered and oversized indications are still confirmed.8hCVE-2026-108051——

———The can_add_rx_filter_msgq() system call installs a CAN RX filter whose callback (can_msgq_put() in drivers/can/can_common.c) is handed the caller's struct k_msgq * as user_data. The controller driver stores that raw pointer in its filter table and dereferences it from the RX path every time a matching frame arrives. The system call verifier z_vrfy_can_add_rx_filter_msgq() in drivers/can/can_handlers.c validated the queue only with K_SYSCALL_OBJ(), which is a point-in-time check of type, initialization and caller permission and says nothing about the object's lifetime.
On a build with CONFIG_USERSPACE=y and CONFIG_DYNAMIC_OBJECTS=y, an unprivileged user-mode thread that has been granted access to a CAN device can obtain a message queue whose lifetime it fully controls: k_object_alloc(K_OBJ_MSGQ) followed by k_msgq_alloc_init(). The lifetime of such an object is driven solely by its permission bitmask, and a pointer retained by the kernel is not represented there. After registering the filter, the thread calls k_object_release() — or simply terminates — and unref_check() frees the struct k_msgq storage while the CAN driver still holds the pointer.
The next matching CAN frame causes k_msgq_put() to run in supervisor context against freed memory that the attacker can have groomed with another kernel allocation: the frame payload is memcpy()d through the reused block's write_ptr, and the queue's wait_q (and poll_events under CONFIG_POLL) list nodes are manipulated. This yields kernel-heap corruption reachable from a user-mode thread, defeating the isolation CONFIG_USERSPACE is intended to provide; the same dangling pointer also arises benignly when an application thread exits without calling can_remove_rx_filter().
The fix validates the queue with K_SYSCALL_OBJ_STATIC(), which additionally rejects objects carrying K_OBJ_FLAG_ALLOC, so only statically defined queues (CAN_MSGQ_DEFINE()) may be registered from user mode. Supervisor-mode callers bypass the verifier and must themselves keep the queue valid until the filter is removed.8hCVE-2026-1215465.9 MED—
———ruTorrent before 5.3.20 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the datadir plugin that allows authenticated users to escape the topDirectory jail because correctDirectory() does not resolve symbolic links. Attackers can submit a datadir path through a symlink under their top directory to create directories and move torrent data to locations writable by the web server or rtorrent.5hCVE-2026-89295——
———In Eclipse Mnestix AAS Generator versions 0.1.0 up until but excluding 1.5.0, a practical upper bound on the client-supplied count parameter of the GET /api/v1/IdGenerator/submodelIds/{count} and GET /api/v2/IdGenerator/submodelIds/{count} endpoints is not enforced. The service generates and retains identifiers in memory before returning a response. A remote unauthenticated attacker can submit a large count to cause excessive memory consumption, potentially resulting in denial of service. Exploitation requires network access to the endpoint and successful retrieval of the ID-generation configuration from the configured backend repository.6hCVE-2026-100493——

Attackers can place files whose names contain a double quote and shell syntax, which xargs -I splices into an sh -c script, running commands as the user invoking togglex.5hCVE-2026-1184885.9 MED—
———In Eclipse Vert.x versions [4.0.0, 4.5.35] or [5.0.0, 5.2.2], when a malicious server keeps sending bytes on an EOL-terminated line (not length-prefixed, for example a simple string [1]), we'll keep growing the buffer without bounds, eventually leading to an OOM. We need to have a configurable limit for EOL-terminated lines.
If a malicious server sends a specially crafted RESP response (for example a bulk string [2] with missing CRLF trailer), the parser enters an infinite loop where it keeps parsing the same buffer and pushing the same response to the caller, which may lead e.g. to an OOM if the consumer just buffers the responses. We must fix the parser to avoid this infinite looping.6hCVE-2026-283358.4 HIG—

———In Eclipse Vert.x versions [4.0.0,4.5.35] or [5.0.0,5.2.2], when one `CachingWebClient` is shared across users — the documented pattern of a per-user `WebClientSession` over a shared caching client — a response that is specific to one user but is cacheable and not marked `private`/`no-store` is stored in the client-level shared cache tier and served to other users requesting the same URL. A later user's session, or an anonymous caller through the same client, can receive an earlier user's response. Depending on the response this discloses authenticated content or a session cookie, the latter enabling session fixation or hijacking.6hCVE-2026-1215494.4 MED—
———nnn through 5.3 contains an insecure temporary file vulnerability in the pdfread and nuke plugins that allows local attackers to overwrite files by exploiting predictable paths in /tmp. Attackers can pre-create a symlink at the name-derived or PID-derived path so the victim's plugin truncates and overwrites any file the victim can write.5hCVE-2026-108049——
———Clickjacking vulnerability in the Alosuite web application. The affected login interface can be embedded in a web page controlled by an attacker because it does not implement adequate user interface protection mechanisms, such as the X-Frame-Options header or an appropriate Content-Security-Policy (frame-ancestors) directive. By tricking a victim into interacting with a malicious web page, an attacker can trigger unwanted actions within the Alosuite application embedded in the frame, which could compromise the integrity of user interactions and facilitate further attacks against authenticated users.6hCVE-2026-108048——
———Vulnerability due to a lack of request limits in Alosuite’s password recovery functionality. The ‘/Account/resetPwd’ endpoint does not enforce adequate restrictions on the number or frequency of password reset requests sent for a single account. As a result, a remote attacker can repeatedly call the endpoint to generate an unlimited number of password reset emails addressed to a user, causing an email flood and enabling abuse of the password recovery mechanism. The absence of request limits or other controls against automation can harm legitimate users, consume application and email infrastructure resources, and facilitate automated attacks against the password recovery service.6hCVE-2026-1213867.5 HIG—
———FreeRDP before 3.32.2 contains a denial of service vulnerability in WinPR's winpr_read_png_from_buffer() and winpr_convert_from_jpeg(), which lack libpng/libjpeg error handling.
