——9Arbitrary File Rename Leading to Privilege Escalation in Actions::renameFile() function in Veno File Manager Project 4.4.9 allows an authenticated attacker with 'reanme' permission to take over the super administrator account via a specially crafted POST request to the affected endpoint renaming the application configuration file and triggering a rebuild of configuration and resetting super administrator credentials to default values.14dCVE-2026-503124.7 MED28.4%

——9xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. Prior to @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12, and in xmldom versions 0.1.5 through 0.6.0, appendElement in lib/sax.js uses _copy to clone the complete currentNSMap for each nested element that declares a new namespace prefix. Keeping every ancestor map live on the parse stack creates quadratic peak namespace-map storage, so a small highly compressible XML document can exhaust the process heap before application validation. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12; no fixed version is available for xmldom.8dCVE-2026-810284.9 MED28.4%
——9ZLMediaKit confines the downloadFile API to a configured set of root directories with a prefix comparison that does not account for directory boundaries. The configuration loader in server/WebApi.cpp builds each root with File::absolutePath("", item, true); because the relative-path argument is empty that helper returns the value without a trailing separator. The handler then accepts a requested path when start_with(file_path, root) holds, so a sibling directory whose name merely begins with the configured root string satisfies the test and is served. The only other guard rejects a path containing two dots, which this requires none of. The equivalent confinement check for the ordinary static file server in src/Http/HttpFileManager.cpp computes its root with a non-empty second argument, which appends the separator before comparing, and so is not affected. The endpoint requires the configured API secret, so this grants no privilege beyond what that secret already implies, but it reads files outside the directory the operator confined it to, and the reference container runs the server as root.19dCVE-2026-47382—28.4%

——9FOSSBilling is a free, open-source billing and client management system. Prior to version 0.8.0, low-privileged staff accounts may read sensitive data via admin API endpoints that lack permission checks. While sibling write endpoints correctly enforce fine-grained permissions, the corresponding read endpoints have no authorization guards. Version 0.8.0 contains a fix. Some workarounds are available. Restrict staff accounts to only those who need access to sensitive data and/or use a reverse proxy or WAF to restrict access to the affected endpoints.71dCVE-2025-23008—28.4%

——9xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. Prior to @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12, and in xmldom versions 0.3.0 through 0.6.0, two independent quadratic paths can cause denial of service. In lib/sax.js, parseElementStartPart repeatedly rescans a malformed tag name to the next > during single-character recovery; in lib/dom.js, normalize() repeatedly removes and appends adjacent text nodes, causing quadratic reindexing and string rebuilding. The first path is reachable through default DOMParser.parseFromString() processing, while the second is also reachable through a direct normalize() call on a programmatically constructed DOM, and endDocument invokes that normalization after parsing. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12; no fixed version is available for xmldom.8dCVE-2025-13253—28.4%

——9RansomLook contains an authorization weakness in the web-based configuration editor exposed through the /admin/config endpoint. The endpoint requires an authenticated session but does not perform an explicit privilege or administrator authorization check before allowing access to configuration-management functionality.
An authenticated low-privileged user able to access the endpoint can submit crafted configuration values that are written directly to the application's config/generic.json file. The affected functionality permits modification of configuration sections including notification, LDAP, SMTP, and general application settings. Successful exploitation could therefore allow an attacker to alter security-sensitive application behavior, redirect integrations or notifications, modify authentication-related configuration, disrupt external services, or render the RansomLook installation unavailable.
The configuration editor also operated on a configuration file containing sensitive values such as passwords, tokens, secrets, and API keys. Although the affected version contains logic intended to prevent recognized secret values from being returned to the browser, exposing configuration management through insufficiently authorized web functionality significantly increases the impact of a compromised or low-privileged account.
The patch resolves the issue by completely removing the /admin/config route and associated configuration-editing interface, preventing application configuration from being modified through the web UI.23dCVE-2008-3485—28.4%

——9FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.30.0, FreeRDP's winpr/libwinpr/sspi/Kerberos/kerberos.c kerberos_DecryptMessage function fails to bound the peer-controlled GSS Wrap-token EC field before using it with RRC in IOV pointer offsets, allowing a malicious RDP peer to trigger out-of-bounds reads and in-place writes during CredSSP/NLA Kerberos decryption. This issue is fixed in version 3.30.0.7dCVE-2014-2312—28.4%

——9In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
HID: sensor-hub: Fix out-of-bounds write in sensor_hub_get_feature
sensor_hub_get_feature() clamps its return value to the caller's buffer
size, but the copy loop still copies field->report_size / 8 bytes for
each report value. A malicious HID descriptor can advertise a large
feature field size while an IIO caller supplies a small stack buffer,
such as a single s32, causing an out-of-bounds write.
HID core stores parsed report values in __s32 slots and clamps extracted
values to 32 bits. Reject feature fields that require more than one slot
per value, guard the total byte count calculation, and clamp each
per-value copy to the remaining caller buffer.2dCVE-2021-47709—28.4%

——9MOOS-IvP versions through 24.8.1 contain a quadratic processing vulnerability in uFldNodeComms where each new node identity creates a ledger entry and triggers all-pairs distribution work. Attackers can supply unbounded distinct node names in reports to drive the shoreside broker into quadratic processing, delaying or preventing distribution of legitimate node reports.8dCVE-2025-58769—28.4%
