8A flaw was found in the cluster-proxy service-proxy component used in Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes (RHACM) and multicluster-engine (MCE). The service-proxy appends impersonation group headers to proxied requests without first removing caller-supplied values, and the spoke ServiceAccount holds unrestricted impersonation permissions. An authenticated hub principal can inject an Impersonate-Group header to escalate to cluster-admin on every managed cluster.8d

8In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb: client: fix warning when reconnecting channel When reconnecting a channel in smb2_reconnect_server(), a dummy tcon is passed down to smb2_reconnect() with ->query_interface uninitialized, so we can't call queue_delayed_work() on it. Fix the following warning by ensuring that we're queueing the delayed worker from correct tcon. 8UnoPim before 2.1.5 contains an authenticated file upload vulnerability that allows authenticated administrators to upload arbitrary PHP files through the TinyMCE image upload endpoint due to missing file extension and MIME type validation. Attackers can upload a PHP web shell to the public storage disk and execute arbitrary operating system commands on the server by accessing the uploaded file at the URL returned in the server response.13d

8GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions from 9.1 before 18.11.7, 19.0 before 19.0.4, and 19.1 before 19.1.2 that under certain conditions could have allowed an unauthenticated user to determine the existence of a private project due to improper authorization controls on cross-project reference pages.69d
