——0Joomla Extension - balbooa.com - Pre-auth PHP Code Injection in Balbooa Forms < 2.4.3.2 - CWE-94 / CWE-95 | CVSS 3.1: 9.8 Critical (AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H)
The form's optional custom-PHP post-submission handler is executed via eval(). The [URL parameter = X] shortcode is substituted with the raw, unescaped value of a query parameter, letting an unauthenticated attacker inject arbitrary PHP that executes server-side. The CSRF token needed to reach the endpoint is itself disclosed anonymously via a separate task, so it provides no real protection. Exploitability requires the form to have a custom-PHP handler configured (a documented builder feature) referencing that shortcode, and no reCAPTCHA on the submit button.13hCVE-2026-765837.4 HIG—
——0A vulnerability was identified in TRENDnet TV-IP751WIC 11.03.03. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file /cgi-bin/admin/set_time.cgi of the component alphapd. The manipulation leads to command injection. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used.10hCVE-2026-666688.5 HIG—
——0Subscriber SQL Injection in Community by PeepSo <= 9.0.5.2 versions.13hCVE-2026-761398.0 HIG—
——0A flaw was found in acm-operator-bundle. The build process for this component downloads and runs a script from a remote source without verifying its authenticity or integrity. This script gains access to sensitive credentials, such as GitHub access tokens and registry passwords, used in the build environment. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to inject malicious code, leading to unauthorized access to build resources and potential compromise of the resulting operator bundle.15hCVE-2026-763528.8 HIG—
——0In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, and 9.4.14, a user who does not hold the "admin" or "power" Splunk roles could create or modify a scripted lookup through generic configuration endpoints and run an installed lookup script with the permissions of the user account running Splunk Enterprise, which could allow for access to all relevant data and affect system integrity and availability. The vulnerability is possible because the generic transforms configuration endpoints do not enforce the capabilities required to create or edit external lookup definitions. For more information see Define roles on the Splunk platform with capabilities (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.2/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/define-roles-on-the-splunk-platform-with-capabilities) and limits.conf (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/admin-manual/10.4/configuration-file-reference/10.4.2-configuration-file-reference/limits.conf) in the Splunk documentation.12hCVE-2026-73103——

——0Ground Station is a browser-based suite for satellite tracking, SDR reception, hardware control, and telemetry decoding. Prior to version 0.4.13, the unauthenticated configure-sdr Socket.IO command accepts a recordingPath for the sigmf-playback SDR and backend/handlers/entities/sdr.py stores it without validation before backend/hardware/sigmfprobe.py opens the path without enforcing containment. An absolute path or parent-directory escape ending in .sigmf-meta is parsed as JSON and returned in reply["data"]["metadata"] by the get-sdr-parameters flow. Exploitation requires the metadata file to be readable JSON and to have a sibling .sigmf-data file, but it can disclose contents outside backend/data/recordings without authentication. This issue is fixed in version 0.4.13.2dCVE-2026-55648——
——0FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.27.0, freerdp_image_copy_from_icon_data in libfreerdp/codec/color.c calculates nWidth multiplied by nHeight multiplied by FreeRDPGetBytesPerPixel(format) in 32-bit arithmetic. A malicious RDP server can send a RAIL TS_ICON_INFO update with dimensions such as 32768 by 32768 and 32 bits per pixel so the required-size calculation wraps, bypassing the cbBitsColor source bounds check before freerdp_image_copy_no_overlap reads attacker-controlled icon data. This affects RemoteApp clients using the vulnerable library path, while xfreerdp has a caller-side mitigation. This issue is fixed in version 3.27.0.1dCVE-2026-73104——

——0In Splunk SOAR versions below 8.6.0, a user with app-install privileges could use path traversal during app installation to write files outside the intended temporary directory. The vulnerability is a path traversal in the archive extraction routine, which does not validate that extracted file paths stay within the intended destination directory. For more information see Manage roles and permissions in Splunk SOAR (On-premises) (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-on-premises/administer-soar-on-premises/8.5.0/manage-your-splunk-soar-on-premises-users-and-accounts/manage-roles-and-permissions-in-splunk-soar-on-premises) and Add and configure apps and assets to provide actions in Splunk SOAR (On-premises) (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-on-premises/administer-soar-on-premises/8.5.0/manage-your-splunk-soar-on-premises-apps-and-assets/add-and-configure-apps-and-assets-to-provide-actions-in-splunk-soar-on-premises) in the Splunk documentation.12hCVE-2026-73105——

——0A vulnerability was identified in TRENDnet TEW-755AP up to 20260702. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /cgi-bin/wan.cgi of the component ssi. Such manipulation of the argument cameo.wan.wan_pppoe_password_00 leads to stack-based buffer overflow. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used.16hCVE-2026-73106——

——0Grav is a file-based Web platform. Prior to 3.8.5, the Login plugin twofa_cancel task accepts a client-controlled _redirect field without a nonce and allows an unauthenticated request to set an external http, https, or protocol-relative Location target. Controller::execute() applies the field when taskTwofa_cancel() sets no redirect, and Grav::getRedirectResponse() accepts the target through Uri::isExternal(), enabling phishing redirects from a trusted Grav host. This issue is fixed in version 3.8.5.2dCVE-2026-77026——
——0Joomla Extension - tassos.gr - Client-controlled validation bypass in Convert Forms extension < 5.2.5 - The front-end Submissions view did not enforce access control. An unauthenticated visitor could therefore list a form's submissions.13hCVE-2026-763109.4 CRI—
——0In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, and 9.4.14, an unauthenticated user who has an embedded report token could download the associated search job dispatch archive, recover session material, and use it to access all relevant data available to the report owner and affect system integrity, including by performing administrative actions when the owner holds the "admin" Splunk role. The vulnerability is possible because embedded report access does not block Representational State Transfer (REST) API dispatch archive download requests. For more information see Additional configuration for embedded reports (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/create-dashboards-and-reports/reporting-manual/9.1/report-management/additional-configuration-for-embedded-reports) and About configuring role-based user access (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.4/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/about-configuring-role-based-user-access) in the Splunk documentation.16hCVE-2026-14286——

——0A flaw was found in FreeIPA. A low-privilege authenticated user can exploit this vulnerability by submitting an oversized One-Time Password (OTP) key value. This oversized key is then decoded and re-encoded without proper size limits, consuming excessive CPU and memory resources. This can lead to a denial of service, degrading the availability of the IPA service.13hCVE-2026-8281——

——0Unauthenticated Remote Code Execution (RCE) in JetEngine <= 3.8.14 versions.13hCVE-2026-14163——
——0In affected versions of Octopus Server under certain circumstances it is possible for sensitive variables to be printed in the deployment variable snapshot in clear-text.13hCVE-2026-12374—0.0%
——0Improper certificate validation and a time-of-check time-of-use (TOCTOU) race condition in the PrivilegedHelperTool XPC service in Cato Client before v.5.13.1 on macOS allows a local authenticated attacker to escalate privileges to root via a self-signed certificate that bypasses the XPC caller verification and a symlink swap during package installation.49dCVE-2026-763138.8 HIG—
——0In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, and 9.4.14, a user who does not hold the "admin" or "power" Splunk roles could perform Remote Code Execution (RCE) by uploading a malicious knowledge bundle and causing it to be used by distributed search, which can allow for access to all relevant data and affect system integrity and availability. The vulnerability is possible because the Representational State Transfer (REST) API endpoint for knowledge bundle upload does not require the high-privilege capability edit_dist_peer, and distributed search accepts caller-supplied knowledge bundle selections from users who do not hold that capability. For more information see What search heads send to search peers (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/distributed-search/9.2/knowledge-bundle-replication/what-search-heads-send-to-search-peers), About configuring role-based user access (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/9.0/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/about-configuring-role-based-user-access), Define roles on the Splunk platform with capabilities (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/9.1/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/define-roles-on-the-splunk-platform-with-capabilities), and Using the REST API reference (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/rest-api-reference/10.4/introduction/using-the-rest-api-reference) in the Splunk documentation.15hCVE-2026-769204.7 MED—

——0Tektronix K12xx file parser crash in 4.6.0 to 4.6.7 and 4.4.0 to 4.4.18 allows denial of service13hCVE-2026-763604.3 MED—
——0In Splunk SOAR versions below 8.6.0, an authenticated user with no role assigned could use the /rest/health endpoint to gather system and cluster telemetry that should be restricted to administrative or support users. The vulnerability is a missing authorization check, where the endpoint does not verify that the caller holds a role permitted to view system health and cluster state. For more information see Manage roles and permissions in Splunk SOAR (On-premises) (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-on-premises/administer-soar-on-premises/8.5.0/manage-your-splunk-soar-on-premises-users-and-accounts/manage-roles-and-permissions-in-splunk-soar-on-premises) and Monitor the health of your Splunk SOAR (On-premises) system (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-on-premises/administer-soar-on-premises/8.5.0/manage-your-splunk-soar-on-premises-system-health-and-performance/monitor-the-health-of-your-splunk-soar-on-premises-system) in the Splunk documentation.12hCVE-2026-544924.3 MED—
——0Koel is a free, open-source music streaming solution. Prior to 9.7.0, the Subsonic-compatible createPodcastChannel.view route accepts an authenticated user's private URL because app/Http/Requests/Subsonic/CreatePodcastChannelRequest.php does not apply the SafeUrl validation used by the regular podcast API. app/Http/Controllers/Subsonic/CreatePodcastChannelController.php passes the URL to app/Services/Podcast/PodcastService.php, where PodcastService::addPodcast() and createParser() invoke Poddle::fromUrl() during channel creation, causing immediate server-side requests to loopback, Docker bridge, or RFC1918 HTTP destinations. The confirmed impact is blind internal request execution because generic response-body exfiltration was not demonstrated through this route. This issue is fixed in version 9.7.0.15hCVE-2026-54741——
——0Lemmy is a link aggregator and forum for the fediverse. Prior to 0.19.19 and 1.0.0-alpha.18, Lemmy blocks new private messages from a sender after the recipient blocks that sender, but the edit path skips the same block check. create_private_message checks the recipient's block list with PersonActions::read_block before inserting a message, while edit_private_message in crates/api/api_crud/src/private_message/update.rs only checks that the caller is orig_private_message.creator_id. The update then writes new content and returns the modified PrivateMessageView without consulting the recipient's block list, allowing a blocked sender to keep changing an old message that the recipient can still see and providing a post-block harassment path. This issue is fixed in versions 0.19.19 and 1.0.0-alpha.18.15hCVE-2026-195827.8 HIG—
——0In binutils 2.46.1 and prior versions, a victim who opens a crafted PE file using binutils could execute arbitrary code unknowningly via a stack buffer overflow out of bounds write.6hCVE-2026-769195.3 MED—
——0ESS protocol dissector crash in 4.6.0 to 4.6.7 and 4.4.0 to 4.4.18 allows denial of service13hCVE-2026-762538.8 HIG—
——0In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.2, 10.2.6, 10.0.9, and 9.4.14, a user that holds a role with the schedule_search capability could run arbitrary Search Processing Language (SPL) commands with the highest level of system privilege and read every credential stored in the credential store, which can allow for disclosure and modification of all relevant data and affect system integrity and availability. The vulnerability is possible because scheduled search alert action configuration does not properly restrict user-specific alert action settings before the search scheduler runs alert actions. For more information see Create scheduled alerts (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/alert-and-respond/alerting-manual/9.3/create-alerts/create-scheduled-alerts), Set up alert actions (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/alert-and-respond/alerting-manual/9.3/configure-alert-actions/set-up-alert-actions), Define roles on the Splunk platform with capabilities (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.4/manage-splunk-platform-users-and-roles/define-roles-on-the-splunk-platform-with-capabilities), and Configuration file precedence (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/admin-manual/10.2/administer-splunk-enterprise-with-configuration-files/configuration-file-precedence) in the Splunk documentation.15h
