——1Giskard is an open-source testing framework for AI models. In versions prior to 1.0.2b1, the RegexMatching check passes a user-supplied regular expression pattern directly to Python's re.search() without any timeout or complexity guard. A crafted regex pattern can trigger catastrophic backtracking, causing the process to hang indefinitely. Exploitation requires write access to a check definition and subsequent execution of the test suite. This issue has been fixed in giskard-checks version 1.0.2b1.5d

——1Netskope was notified of an out-of-bounds heap read affecting the Endpoint DLP (EPDLP) service of the Netskope Client. A local standard user could potentially send a specially crafted message that is not properly validated with a bounds check, likely crashing the kernel driver handler. Successful exploitation could potentially crash the EPDLP service, temporarily interrupting DLP enforcement. A successful exploit could potentially also reveal per-boot memory layout information to unauthorized users.42d

——1In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smc: Fix use-after-free in __pnet_find_base_ndev(). syzbot reported use-after-free of net_device in __pnet_find_base_ndev(), which was called during connect(). [0] smc_pnet_find_ism_resource() fetches sk_dst_get(sk)->dev and passes down to pnet_find_base_ndev(), where RTNL is held. Then, UAF happened at __pnet_find_base_ndev() when the dev is first used. This means dev had already been freed before acquiring RTNL in pnet_find_base_ndev(). While dev is going away, dst->dev could be swapped with blackhole_netdev, and the dev's refcnt by dst will be released. We must hold dev's refcnt before calling smc_pnet_find_ism_resource(). Also, smc_pnet_find_roce_resource() has the same problem. Let's use __sk_dst_get() and dst_dev_rcu() in the two functions. ——1Suricata is a network Intrusion Detection System, Intrusion Prevention System and Network Security Monitoring engine. From 8.0.0 until 8.0.6, a locally supplied detection rule that combines frame inspection without content and a transformed match without content can make src/detect-engine-prefilter.c select multiple non-prefilter frame engines while preparing signatures for non-prefilter inspection. Loading the crafted rule, including in test mode, can trigger a heap buffer overflow and crash Suricata; network traffic alone cannot reach the flaw. This issue is fixed in version 8.0.6.32d

——1In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: block: mark GFP_NOIO around sysfs ->store() sysfs ->store is called with queue freezed, meantime we have several ->store() callbacks(update_nr_requests, wbt, scheduler) to allocate memory with GFP_KERNEL which may run into direct reclaim code path, then potential deadlock can be caused. Fix the issue by marking NOIO around sysfs ->store()53d

CVE-2026-68086—

——1In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/khugepaged: write all dirty file folios when collapsing [There is no upstream commit, as this code was removed by upstream commit 044925f9b565 ("mm: fs: remove filemap_nr_thps*() functions and their users")] As-is, khugepaged and writable-file opening exclude each other. A file cannot be open writeable and have THPs (because the filesystem is not aware of them). khugepaged will never collapse file pages for files that are opened writeable. On an open(O_RDWR/O_WRONLY), the page cache for that particular file is dropped. This is fine because nothing could've been dirtied. However, there is an edge-case: collapse_file() might not be able to coexist with concurrent writers, but it can coexist with dirty folios (from previous writers). Therefore, the following can happen: open(file, O_RDWR) write(file) close(file) madvise(file_mapping, MADV_COLLAPSE, some non-dirty range) open(file, O_RDWR) nr_thps > 0 truncate_inode_pages() /* THPs are cleared out, but so are the dirty folios */ When this edge-case happens, there is data loss, as the dirty folios are fully discarded. Fix it by fully writing back the page cache (and waiting) when collapsing file THPs. Doing so provides the guarantee that no dirty folio will be observed while there are active THPs. To fully ensure this is safe, the invalidate_lock needs to be held while doing the writeout, so that do_dentry_open()'s page cache truncation excludes this write-and-wait. As a side effect, move the nr_thps counter bumping outside the i_pages lock. This is correct since the counter itself is an atomic_t and the producer <-> consumer correctness is provided by a full memory barrier: smp_mb() in collapse_file()/memory barrier implied by full ordering in get_write_access() -> atomic_inc_unless_negative().82d

——1A vulnerability has been found in Mobatek MobaXterm Home Edition up to 26.1. This affects an unknown part in the library msimg32.dll. The manipulation leads to uncontrolled search path. An attack has to be approached locally. The attack is considered to have high complexity. It is indicated that the exploitability is difficult. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. Upgrading to version 26.2 is able to mitigate this issue. It is suggested to upgrade the affected component. The vendor was contacted early, responded in a very professional manner and quickly released a fixed version of the affected product.4d
