CVE-2026-115253—
2.6%
——1An incorrect permission assignment vulnerability in the WatchGuard Agent's log directory allows a local, authenticated non-administrative user to create, modify, append to, or delete the agent's log files and write other files into the directory. This allows an attacker to tamper with or destroy the agent's security logs and stage further local attacks by placing executable content in a directory owned by a privileged service.4d

CVE-2026-983057.8 HIG

——1In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: dsa: mxl862xx: disable the stats poll on teardown mxl862xx_setup() arms the stats poll before mxl862xx_setup_mdio(), and nothing stops it until dsa_register_switch() has returned an error to mxl862xx_probe(). DSA frees the dsa_port list before it returns, so a poll that fires once .setup or a later step of dsa_tree_setup() has failed walks freed ports. On shutdown the user ports stay registered, and the WORK_STOPPED flag test in mxl862xx_get_stats64() is not atomic with the cancel in mxl862xx_shutdown(), so a re-arm that read the flag before it was set queues the poll after cancel_delayed_work_sync() has returned. Arm the poll once .setup has succeeded and stop it from a .teardown op, which DSA calls on unregister and after a failed registration, in both cases before it frees the ports. Use disable_delayed_work_sync() there and in shutdown(): it drains a running poll as the cancel did and turns every later attempt to queue the work into a no-op, so the re-arm cannot bring the poll back. remove() and the probe error path only set WORK_STOPPED, which crc_err_work tests before it walks the ports.8d

——1In the Golang Chi web framework, the ClientIPFromXFF middleware skips any X-Forwarded-For entry in a configured trusted CIDR but never verifies that the direct TCP peer in http.Request.RemoteAddr belongs to that CIDR. A client that can reach the Go server directly can therefore append a trusted-looking proxy address and choose the client IP returned by middleware.GetClientIP. This issue affects chi before 5.4.0.5d

——1TP-Link TL-WR841N v13 uses DES-CBC encryption in the TDDPv2 debug protocol with a cryptographic key derived from default web management credentials, making the key predictable if device is left in default configuration. A network-adjacent attacker can exploit this weakness to gain unauthorized access to the protocol, read debug data, modify certain device configuration values, and trigger device reboot, resulting in loss of integrity and a denial-of-service condition.1d

——1Omission of security-relevant information for some Intel(R) Software Guard Extensions Data Center Attestation Primitives within Ring 0: Kernel may allow a denial of service. Authorized adversary with a privileged user combined with a high complexity attack may enable data alteration. This result may potentially occur via local access when attack requirements are present with special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (none), integrity (low) and availability (low) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (high) and availability (low) impacts.28d

——1A flaw was found in libssh. This vulnerability allows local man-in-the-middle attacks, security downgrades of SSH (Secure Shell) connections, and manipulation of trusted host information, posing a significant risk to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of SSH communications via an insecure default configuration on Windows systems where the library automatically loads configuration files from the C:\etc directory, which can be created and modified by unprivileged local users.12d

——1In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: fix end-of-list detection in cgroup_storage_get_next_key() list_next_entry() never returns NULL -- when the current element is the last entry it wraps to the list head via container_of(). The subsequent NULL check is therefore dead code and get_next_key() never returns -ENOENT for the last element, instead reading storage->key from a bogus pointer that aliases internal map fields and copying the result to userspace. Replace it with list_entry_is_head() so the function correctly returns -ENOENT when there are no more entries.12d

——1GitPython from 3.1.62 before 3.2.0 contains a symlink-following flaw in Submodule.move(), which checks the destination only lexically and does not reject symbolic links in intermediate path components. An untrusted repository can commit a symlink such as vendor pointing outside the worktree, so an application moving an initialized submodule beneath it relocates the checkout externally and corrupts the index and .gitmodules.8h

——1barebox version prior to 2026.04.0 contains a denial-of-service vulnerability in ext4 directory parsing in fs/ext4/ext4_common.c where the ext4fs_iterate_dir() function fails to validate that directory entry length values are non-zero. Attackers can supply a malicious ext4 filesystem image with a crafted directory entry containing a direntlen value of 0 to cause an infinite loop during directory listing or path resolution, resulting in the boot process hanging indefinitely.101d

——1A vulnerability in the CLI of Cisco ThousandEyes Enterprise Agent could allow an authenticated, local attacker with low privileges to overwrite arbitrary files on the local system of an affected device. This vulnerability is due to improper access controls on files that are on the local file system of an affected device. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by placing a symbolic link in a specific location on the local file system. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to bypass file system permissions and overwrite arbitrary files on the affected device.1d

——1In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: debugobjects: Do not fill_pool() if pi_blocked_on On RT enabled kernels, fill_pool() ends up calling rtlock_lock(), which asserts if current::pi_blocked_on is set, because a task can obviously only block on one lock as otherwise the priority inheritenace chain gets corrupted. Prevent this by expanding the conditional to take current::pi_blocked_on into account.95d

——1In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vfio/pci: Clean up DMABUFs before disabling function On device shutdown, make vfio_pci_core_close_device() call vfio_pci_dma_buf_cleanup() before the function is disabled via vfio_pci_core_disable(). This ensures that all access via DMABUFs is revoked before the function's BARs become inaccessible. This fixes an issue where, if the function is disabled first, a tiny window exists in which the function's MSE is cleared and yet BARs could still be accessed via the DMABUF. The resources would also be freed and up for grabs by a different driver.47d

——1In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: icmp: fix NULL pointer dereference in icmp_tag_validation() icmp_tag_validation() unconditionally dereferences the result of rcu_dereference(inet_protos[proto]) without checking for NULL. The inet_protos[] array is sparse -- only about 15 of 256 protocol numbers have registered handlers. When ip_no_pmtu_disc is set to 3 (hardened PMTU mode) and the kernel receives an ICMP Fragmentation Needed error with a quoted inner IP header containing an unregistered protocol number, the NULL dereference causes a kernel panic in softirq context. Oops: general protection fault, probably for non-canonical address 0xdffffc0000000002: 0000 [#1] SMP KASAN NOPTI KASAN: null-ptr-deref in range [0x0000000000000010-0x0000000000000017] RIP: 0010:icmp_unreach (net/ipv4/icmp.c:1085 net/ipv4/icmp.c:1143) Call Trace: <IRQ> icmp_rcv (net/ipv4/icmp.c:1527) ip_protocol_deliver_rcu (net/ipv4/ip_input.c:207) ip_local_deliver_finish (net/ipv4/ip_input.c:242) ip_local_deliver (net/ipv4/ip_input.c:262) ip_rcv (net/ipv4/ip_input.c:573) __netif_receive_skb_one_core (net/core/dev.c:6164) process_backlog (net/core/dev.c:6628) handle_softirqs (kernel/softirq.c:561) </IRQ> Add a NULL check before accessing icmp_strict_tag_validation.
