——0Improper buffer restrictions for the Intel(R) NPU Driver for all versions within Ring 3: User Applications may allow a denial of service. Unprivileged software adversary with an authenticated user combined with a low complexity attack may enable denial of service. This result may potentially occur via local access when attack requirements are not present without special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (none), integrity (low) and availability (high) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts.53d

Knowledge of both the encryption key and protocol specific encrypted secrets from the device running-config could then be used to obtain protocol specific passwords in cases where symmetric passwords are required between devices with neighbor protocol relationships.11d

——0In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: hwmon: (w83791d) Convert macros to functions to avoid TOCTOU The macro FAN_FROM_REG evaluates its arguments multiple times. When used in lockless contexts involving shared driver data, this leads to Time-of-Check to Time-of-Use (TOCTOU) race conditions, potentially causing divide-by-zero errors. Convert the macro to a static function. This guarantees that arguments are evaluated only once (pass-by-value), preventing the race conditions. Additionally, in store_fan_div, move the calculation of the minimum limit inside the update lock. This ensures that the read-modify-write sequence operates on consistent data. Adhere to the principle of minimal changes by only converting macros that evaluate arguments multiple times and are used in lockless contexts.3d

——0A flaw has been found in Soarkey StudentManagement up to e08f7f1d5015af407aa4cca0ada3dea189b4937e. Impacted is the function UserDao.login of the file code/src/service/AdminDao.java. This manipulation of the argument Password causes cleartext storage of sensitive information. The attack is restricted to local execution. The exploit has been published and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.4d

——0In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: proc: protect ptrace_may_access() with exec_update_lock (FD links) proc_pid_get_link() and proc_pid_readlink() currently look up the task from the pid once, then do the ptrace access check on that task, then look up the task from the pid a second time to do the actual access. That's racy in several ways. To fix it, pass the task to the ->proc_get_link() handler, and instead of proc_fd_access_allowed(), introduce a new helper call_proc_get_link() that looks up and locks the task, does the access check, and calls ->proc_get_link().3d

——0In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ovpn: fix race between deleting interface and adding new peer While deleting an existing ovpn interface, there is a very narrow window where adding a new peer via netlink may cause the netdevice to hang and prevent its unregistration. It may happen during ovpn_dellink(), when all existing peers are freed and the device is queued for deregistration, but a CMD_PEER_NEW message comes in adding a new peer that takes again a reference to the netdev. At this point there is no way to release the device because we are under the assumption that all peers were already released. Fix the race condition by releasing all peers in ndo_uninit(), when the netdevice has already been removed from the netdev list. Also ovpn_peer_add() has now an extra check that forces the function to bail out if the device reg_state is not REGISTERED. This way any incoming CMD_PEER_NEW racing with the interface deletion routine will simply stop before adding the peer. Note that the above check happens while holding the netdev_lock to prevent racing netdev state changes. ovpn_dellink() is now empty and can be removed.18d

——0mport is the MidnightBSD Package Manager. Prior to 2.7.8, directory assets handled as ASSET_DIR or ASSET_DIR_OWNER_MODE in libmport/bundle_read_install_pkg.c used path-based mport_mkdirp(), ownership, and permission operations. A local attacker able to modify part of the target installation tree could use dot-dot traversal or substitute symlinks during privileged package installation, causing directory creation or attribute changes to affect attacker-selected paths outside the intended package directories. This issue is fixed in version 2.7.8.35d

——0IBM PowerVM Hypervisor Platform KeyStore (PKS) and virtual TPM FW1110.00 through FW1110.20, FW1060.00 through FW1060.71, and FW950.00 through FW950.H2 use persistent storage key seeds that result in an AES key with reduced strength. An attacker with access to the service processor or HMC could exploit this weakness to derive the encryption key and access the data.58d

CVE-2026-315047.8 HIG

——0In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: fix fanout UAF in packet_release() via NETDEV_UP race `packet_release()` has a race window where `NETDEV_UP` can re-register a socket into a fanout group's `arr[]` array. The re-registration is not cleaned up by `fanout_release()`, leaving a dangling pointer in the fanout array. `packet_release()` does NOT zero `po->num` in its `bind_lock` section. After releasing `bind_lock`, `po->num` is still non-zero and `po->ifindex` still matches the bound device. A concurrent `packet_notifier(NETDEV_UP)` that already found the socket in `sklist` can re-register the hook. For fanout sockets, this re-registration calls `__fanout_link(sk, po)` which adds the socket back into `f->arr[]` and increments `f->num_members`, but does NOT increment `f->sk_ref`. The fix sets `po->num` to zero in `packet_release` while `bind_lock` is held to prevent NETDEV_UP from linking, preventing the race window. This bug was found following an additional audit with Claude Code based on CVE-2025-38617.3d

——0Claude Code selected an API key stored by Claude Code, for example from an earlier `/login` or written directly to its configuration, ahead of the user's valid Claude Enterprise or Team sign-in when fetching the organization's server-managed settings, even though the session itself authenticated with the Enterprise or Team account. When the settings endpoint rejected that stored key, the session started without the organization's server-managed policy (such as permission deny rules, model restrictions and managed-only locks) or, if a previously cached copy existed on the machine, kept applying that stale copy without receiving later policy changes — while continuing to operate as the organization's account. Triggering this required local access to a device with such a stored API key; the no-policy case additionally required that no managed settings had previously been cached. Endpoint-managed (MDM or file-based) settings were not affected. Claude for Enterprise organizations were affected from version 2.0.68; Claude for Work (Team) organizations from version 2.1.38, when server-managed settings became available to them. Users on standard Claude Code auto-update have received this fix already. Users performing manual updates are advised to update to version 2.1.260 or later. Thank you to Tamas Voros / NVIDIA AI Red Team for reporting this issue.23d
