CVE-2026-116132—27.7%
——8HTTP::Body versions before 1.23_01 for Perl leave the temporary file of an incomplete multipart upload on disk.
The multipart parser creates a temporary file as soon as a file part starts, but adds it to the upload list only when the part completes. Uploads are only ever deleted from that list, by the cleanup option or by the caller, so a body that ends inside a file part leaves its temporary file where nothing can find it.
A remote attacker can fill the temporary directory by repeating such requests, leaving one file behind for each.3dCVE-2026-115478—25.4%
——8obsidian-tc is a governed, agent-ready Model Context Protocol server for Obsidian vaults. From 1.0.1 until 1.31.4, `create_entity`, `link_entities`, `rename_entity`, `unlink_entities` and `delete_entity` regenerate memory notes from SQLite at the computed `memory/<type>/<name>.md` path without reliably preserving note ownership or the consistency of a failed lifecycle operation. During shared materialization, a hand-authored note or an orphan left by a different entity whose name sanitized to the same path could have its entire body overwritten on the next write naming that type and name, with non-owned frontmatter preserved. `rename_entity` also seeded the destination path with a direct atomic write without validating ownership and could overwrite a foreign note there. Separately, several tools mutated SQLite before fallible filesystem work: `create_entity` and `link_entities` inserted the row or relation before materialization; `rename_entity` updated the entity, including a retired status, before updating its note; `unlink_entities` removed a relation before rematerializing the source note; and `delete_entity`'s cascade removed the target and its relations before rematerializing neighbouring notes. A later filesystem failure could therefore leave a row or relation changed and the memory graph inconsistent with the notes on disk even when the operation failed. An authorized caller with the required memory-tool permissions could, without intending to, destroy the body of a vault note outside the entity being written; `delete_entity` additionally requires its deletion permission and destructive confirmation, which this memory flaw does not bypass. Snapshots-before-write through `restore_note` mitigate the overwrite only where snapshots are enabled and the note had previously been written through obsidian-tc. This issue is fixed in version 1.31.4.2dCVE-2026-1136587.5 ALT49.5%
——15ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system. Prior to 4.33.0, the unauthenticated Rich Text CSV conversion route writes a multipart upload to the system temporary directory before checking its extension and does not remove the staged file when that validation rejects it. Repeated large rejected uploads, using the normal public CSRF cookie, can persistently consume temporary-disk capacity and may disrupt ApostropheCMS and other services that depend on the same partition. This issue is fixed in version 4.33.0.10dCVE-2026-934467.5 ALT48.3%
——15Incomplete cleanup vulnerability in Apache Tomcat could cause TLS 1.3 connections to fail intermittently.
This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M21 through 11.0.26, from 10.1.25 through 10.1.60, from 9.0.90 through 9.0.122.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.27, 10.1.61 or 9.0.123, which fix the issue.3dCVE-2026-880417.5 ALT43.9%
——13Incomplete cleanup vulnerability in Apache Tomcat allowed an trailer information from a previous request to leak into a subsequent request.
This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M23 through 11.0.26, from 10.1.27 through 10.1.60, from 9.0.92 through 9.0.122.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.27, 10.1.61 or 9.0.123, which fix the issue.3dCVE-2026-1100084.2 MED0.7%
——0@fastify/oauth2 is a Fastify wrapper for OAuth2 login flows. In versions 7.2.0 through 8.3.1, the state and code-verifier cookies are set without a Path attribute at a login route with two or more path segments, while the clearing step at the OAuth callback writes them with a root path, so the original cookies survive the callback and the documented single-use guarantee for the state value does not hold. A state value an attacker learns stays valid for the rest of the browser session, letting the attacker drive their own authorization flow in the victim's browser and sign the victim in to the attacker's account (login CSRF). The issue is fixed in @fastify/oauth2 8.3.2, and users should upgrade to 8.3.2 or later. As a workaround, set an explicit cookie path so the set and the clear name the same cookie.13d
