——8ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system. Prior to 4.33.0 of ApostropheCMS and 1.6.1 of passport-bridge, cross-host or cross-locale session migration places a single-use bearer session token in a redirect URL. A client that obtains and redeems a still-valid, unconsumed token before its first use can adopt the associated session, including through the passport-bridge cross-locale flow. This issue is fixed in ApostropheCMS 4.33.0 and passport-bridge 1.6.1.2d

——6When a username for an Active Directory connection is a domain without a local part, the auth0-lock library initiates the authentication transaction with a GET request instead of a POST request. As a result, user-submitted form data is appended to the URL as query string parameters.9d

——2A vulnerability was determined in Eleveo Call Recording Software up to 10.3.0. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file /auth/realms/default/protocol/openid-connect/logout of the component JWT Token Handler. Executing a manipulation of the argument id_token_hint can lead to use of get request method with sensitive query strings. The attack may be launched remotely. A high complexity level is associated with this attack. It is stated that the exploitability is difficult. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.9d

——6Nginx UI is a web user interface for the Nginx web server. From 2.0.0 until 2.5.0, Nginx UI accepts the Node.Secret master credential through the node_secret query parameter in HTTP and WebSocket authentication paths instead of requiring the X-Node-Secret header. The credential can consequently appear in access logs, proxy logs, browser history, Referer headers, configuration URLs, and deployment environment data. A party that obtains the secret can bypass normal password, JWT, session, and second-factor checks and obtain persistent administrative API access, including access to configuration and secret material. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.0.4d

——3Use of HTTP Request With Sensitive Query String vulnerability in team-alembic AshAuthenticationPhoenix allows someone able to read access logs, proxy logs or browser history to recover a single-use sign-in token and authenticate as its owner. After a successful password sign-in, AshAuthentication.Phoenix.Components.Password.SignInForm builds the sign_in_with_token path with the freshly issued user.__metadata__.token as a query parameter and redirects the browser to it with a GET. The token therefore travels in the request line, where web servers, reverse proxies, request telemetry and the browser's own history record it, all of which outlive the request and are ordinarily less protected than session storage. The redirect destination is restricted to a local path, so this is not an open redirect; the exposure is the retention of a live credential. This issue affects ash_authentication_phoenix: from 1.7.0 before 2.17.4 and from 3.0.0-rc.0 before 3.0.0-rc.11; ash_authentication: from 3.10.5 before 4.15.0 and from 5.0.0-rc.0 before 5.0.0-rc.14.36d

——9canto-saas-api is a PHP library for interacting with the Canto SaaS API. Prior to version 3.0.0, OAuth2Request::getQueryParams() places app_id, app_secret, refresh_token, and code in the URL query string of token POST requests, allowing access logs, proxy logs, and APM traces to persist the credentials in plaintext. When a token request fails, OAuth2::obtainAccessToken() also passes the credential-bearing Guzzle request URI into AuthorizationFailedException, so application logs and error trackers can record the same secrets. An attacker with access to affected telemetry can obtain Canto credentials and use them to request access tokens for the tenant. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.0.39d
