Descripción técnica

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: rose: fix invalid array index in rose_kill_by_device() rose_kill_by_device() collects sockets into a local array[] and then iterates over them to disconnect sockets bound to a device being brought down. The loop mistakenly indexes array[cnt] instead of array[i]. For cnt < ARRAY_SIZE(array), this reads an uninitialized entry; for cnt == ARRAY_SIZE(array), it is an out-of-bounds read. Either case can lead to an invalid socket pointer dereference and also leaks references taken via sock_hold(). Fix the index to use i.

———Wasmtime 46.0.0 before 48.0.6 and 49.0.0 before 49.0.3 contains a denial of service vulnerability that allows guest code to trigger a host panic through out-of-bounds zero-length stream operations. Malicious guests can perform zero-length component model stream reads or writes with unvalidated addresses, causing Direct{Source,Destination}::remaining to panic and crash WASIp3 embedders.4h

——2An out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the FireCluster Sync processing allows an attacker positioned on the cluster interconnect, such as a compromised cluster peer or an on-path network attacker, to repeatedly crash the firewall's cluster synchronization process by sending specially crafted network traffic, resulting in a sustained denial of service.18h

——1llama.cpp b5899 before b10261 contains a heap out-of-bounds write vulnerability in llm_tokenizer_plamo2::build that allows attackers to corrupt heap memory via crafted GGUF models. Attackers can supply BYTE-typed token text like <0x-1> whose negative parsed value writes token ids before the bytes_ buffer during model loading, causing crashes or potential code execution.2d

——11llama.cpp before b3701 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in llama_decode_internal and llama_encode_internal that allows remote unauthenticated attackers to read memory by supplying unvalidated token IDs. Attackers can send integer-array prompts to the llama-server /completion endpoint with IDs outside 0 to n_vocab to read embedding memory out of bounds or crash the process.2d

——1Furnace through 0.6.8.3 contains an out-of-bounds write vulnerability in DivEngine::loadFTM() that allows attackers to corrupt heap memory via an unchecked subsong index in the GROOVES block. Attackers can craft a FamiTracker module with a subsong count of 2 or more to write a groove pattern past the subsong vector, crashing Furnace when opened.2d
