Descripción técnica

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iavf: fix off-by-one issues in iavf_config_rss_reg() There are off-by-one bugs when configuring RSS hash key and lookup table, causing out-of-bounds reads to memory [1] and out-of-bounds writes to device registers. Before commit 43a3d9ba34c9 ("i40evf: Allow PF driver to configure RSS"), the loop upper bounds were: i <= I40E_VFQF_{HKEY,HLUT}_MAX_INDEX which is safe since the value is the last valid index. That commit changed the bounds to: i <= adapter->rss_{key,lut}_size / 4 where `rss_{key,lut}_size / 4` is the number of dwords, so the last valid index is `(rss_{key,lut}_size / 4) - 1`. Therefore, using `<=` accesses one element past the end. Fix the issues by using `<` instead of `<=`, ensuring we do not exceed the bounds. ———Substance3D - Painter is affected by an out-of-bounds read vulnerability that could lead to disclosure of sensitive memory. An attacker could leverage this vulnerability to disclose sensitive information. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file.3h
CVE-2026-93862—

———An out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the FireCluster Sync processing allows an attacker positioned on the cluster interconnect, such as a compromised cluster peer or an on-path network attacker, to repeatedly crash the firewall's cluster synchronization process by sending specially crafted network traffic, resulting in a sustained denial of service.4h
CVE-2026-1175576.1 MED
—
———SDL_image through 3.4.8 and through 2.8.12 contains a stack out-of-bounds read vulnerability in IMG_LoadLBM_IO() in src/IMG_lbm.c that skips bitplane count validation when HAM mode is set. Attackers can supply a crafted ILBM file with more than 8 HAM bitplanes to read past the colormap stack array, causing crashes or disclosing stack memory.4h
CVE-2026-1175564.3 MED
—
———zchunk before 1.5.5 contains a heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability in read_preface() in src/lib/header.c that passes the total header length instead of remaining bytes to compint parsing functions. Attackers can supply a crafted .zck file whose header ends inside a compressed integer, causing reads past the heap header buffer and crashing the application.4h
CVE-2026-107472—

——0An out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the QTextCodec TSCII encoding of the Qt 5 Compatibility APIs module (Qt Core in Qt 5 and earlier) impacts Qt. Applications that convert text to the TSCII encoding through QTextCodec may read memory outside the input buffer, which can cause the application to crash or misinterpret the data.5h
CVE-2026-105946—
—
——0Out-of-bounds read in the QAuthenticator NTLM authentication handling in the Qt Network module in Qt Group Qt allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information (heap memory contents) or cause a denial of service (application crash) via a crafted NTLM challenge sent by a malicious server or proxy, when an application using QNetworkAccessManager or QTcpSocket authenticates with NTLM.5h
