Descripción técnica

Multiple improper certificate validation vulnerabilities in the Palo Alto Networks GlobalProtect™ app enables an attacker to intercept encrypted communications and potentially compromise the endpoint. This can enable a local non-administrative operating system user or an attacker on the same subnet to redirect traffic to an unauthorized server and facilitate the installation of malicious software. The GlobalProtect app on Linux, Windows, iOS and GlobalProtect UWP app are not affected.

——0OpenAlgo 1.0.0.29 before 2.0.3.1 contains an improper certificate validation vulnerability in utils/email_utils.py and utils/email_debug.py that disables TLS hostname and certificate checks for STARTTLS and SMTPS. Network-positioned attackers can present a forged certificate to intercept SMTP credentials and all later mail, including password-reset links.2d

——0A flaw was found in konflux-ci. This vulnerability allows privilege escalation when the user interface proxy automatically disables Transport Layer Security (TLS) certificate verification for connections to internal backend services in environments lacking a default service certificate authority. Because the proxy attaches a cluster-scoped authentication token with user impersonation rights to these requests, an adjacent network attacker capable of intercepting traffic can capture the credentials to gain full administrative control of the cluster.2d

——6OpenLiteSpeed through 1.9.4 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to evade virtual host client certificate requirements over HTTP/3. Because QuicStream inherits a verifyContext() implementation that always returns true, attackers can present a non-mTLS host's SNI with a protected Host header to access protected content.3d
