Descripción técnica

The weMail WordPress plugin through 2.1.6 does not restrict a site-wide third-party email-service API key to administrators, exposing it in an admin screen that users with the Editor role can reach by default, which allows them to obtain a reusable credential usable without a WordPress session to impersonate other users and sever the site's email-service connection.

——6The Paystack WooCommerce Payment Gateway plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 5.8.5 via the 'key' parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract customer PII — including billing name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and purchased product list — embedded into page HTML via wp_localize_script by enumerating sequential order IDs. Author-level attackers and above can additionally publish a post embedding the shortcode, exposing the password-protected content to unauthenticated visitors.1d
