Descripción técnica

The Bit integrations – Form Integration, Webhook, Spreadsheets, CRM, LMS & Email Automation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation via Log Re-execution in all versions up to, and including, 2.10.6 The vulnerability exists because `IntegrationHandler::executeWithCapture()` stores raw, attacker-controlled field values — including `user_pass` and `user_email` — verbatim into `wp_btcbi_log.field_data` on anonymous front-end requests with no capability check, and `LogHandler::reexecute()` feeds that stored payload back through `Flow::execute()` inside the replaying administrator's session without validating the identity that originally produced the data, causing `RegistrationController::updateUser()` to resolve the target user ID to the administrator and write the attacker-supplied password via `wp_update_user()`. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to overwrite the administrator's password and fully take over the administrator account. Exploitation requires that an administrator has configured a flow mapping a user-supplied form field to the `user_pass` parameter of the WP User Registration "Update User" action, and that the administrator subsequently clicks "Re-execute" on the failure log row produced by the anonymous submission from the plugin's log screen.

——0KEDA is a Kubernetes-based Event Driven Autoscaling component. In version 2.20.2 and earlier, a namespace administrator who can create TriggerAuthentication and ScaledObject resources can set hashiCorpVault.address to a tenant-controlled endpoint and select Kubernetes authentication without an explicit credential. KEDA then uses the operator pod's projected ServiceAccount token and sends it to that endpoint as a Vault login credential. The JWT-shape filter from the prior CVE-2025-68476 remediation accepts the operator token because its subject is a Kubernetes ServiceAccount, so the attacker can obtain the operator's cluster-wide permissions, including broad Secret reads and workload or admission-related operations. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.21.0.17h

——0util-linux is a random collection of Linux utilities. In util-linux 2.39.1 through 2.41.4 and 2.42 through 2.42.1, the SUID `mount` utility reads the attacker-controlled `LIBMOUNT_FORCE_MOUNT2` environment variable with `getenv()`, allowing a local low-privileged user to force the non-atomic legacy bind-mount path. With an `/etc/fstab` bind mount authorized by `user` or `users` and protected by `nosuid`, `noexec`, or `nodev`, an attacker can race the window between the initial bind mount and the remount that applies those security flags and execute a SUID program from the temporarily unprotected mount, potentially gaining root privileges. This issue is fixed in 2.41.5 and 2.42.2.18h

——0Gitea Runner passes workflow-controlled container options into Docker job container configuration while privileged mode is disabled. Host namespace settings, expanded capabilities, and security profile overrides can remain effective despite Privileged being forced false. A workflow author able to run jobs on an affected Docker-backed runner can use these options to access host namespaces and execute commands as root on the runner host, bypassing the intended container isolation.18h

——0MyReport Updater through 2.1.1 contains a local privilege escalation vulnerability that allows low-privileged users to make the SYSTEM updater service install attacker-supplied archives into arbitrary directories. Attackers can use UpdaterManager.exe over gRPC to set a malicious reference server and installLocation, planting a DLL like HID.dll loaded by osk.exe to gain SYSTEM privileges.19h

——15The SimpleForm – Form Maker to Chat Apps with Quiz, Poll and Multi Lead Notifications plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 3.10.0 This is due to the `wp_ajax_nopriv_simpleform_wp_register` AJAX action lacking any capability check for role assignment and the `save_custom_fields_to_user_meta()` function using an exclusion list that omits `wp_capabilities`, combined with `get_form_settings()` returning a hard-coded defaults array that unconditionally enables meta writing regardless of the supplied `form_id`. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to create a new Administrator-level WordPress account by supplying `wp_capabilities[administrator]=1` alongside standard registration fields. The nonce required by the endpoint is publicly emitted into the `front_end_data` JavaScript object on every front-end page via `wp_enqueue_scripts`, making it trivially obtainable by any unauthenticated visitor before submitting the malicious request.20h

——8The Membership & User Roles for WooCommerce (Automatic Role Changer) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in versions up to, and including, 20260828. This is due to the `maybe_add_role_to_user()` function unconditionally re-assigning every role stored in the `dfxwcrc_foreign_roles` user meta cache without verifying that each cached role is still actively assigned by the external provider — a condition made permanent by `remember_foreign_roles()`, which merges new foreign roles into the cache but never evicts roles that have since been revoked. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with subscriber-level access and above to restore a previously revoked Administrator role to their own account, gaining full administrative control of the site, by triggering any role-assignment event such as completing a purchase for a role-mapped product. Exploitation requires Replace Roles mode to be enabled and the attacker's account to have previously received Administrator legitimately through a separate role-management mechanism while the plugin was active, so that `administrator` was written into the `dfxwcrc_foreign_roles` user meta cache before the external provider revoked it.20h
