CVE-2026-115477——
———obsidian-tc is a governed, agent-ready Model Context Protocol server for Obsidian vaults. From 1.13.0 until 1.31.4, on a Streamable HTTP deployment with `auth.jwtSecret` configured and a 2026-07-28-era client declaring `elicitation.form` support, a dispatch-gated tool call offered an `inputRequired` confirmation could still complete after the human declined or cancelled, or the elicitation response was omitted or malformed, provided the client echoed the validly bound `requestState` on resubmission. The server trusted an authentic, call-bound state as proof of approval even though that state was minted before the `elicitation/create` leg was asked and proved only that the resubmission belonged to the same call. A client behaving incorrectly or under an attacker's control could therefore execute dispatch-gated destructive vault operations without the human's approval, while still requiring the caller's ordinary tool permissions. Only tools marked `destructive: true` or requiring a scope with a human-in-the-loop floor were reachable through this bypass. The sixteen handler-side conditionally gated tools, including `write_note` overwrite and `move_note`, did not read elicitation state on the modern wire and let neither approval nor decline through that path. Affected deployments using stdio or leaving `auth.jwtSecret` unset instead used the CLI `elicit_token` fallback and did not offer this `requestState` round trip. The fix does not prevent a malicious client from reporting a fabricated approval, because the server cannot verify that the client displayed the form or that a human saw it. This issue is fixed in version 1.31.4.5hCVE-2026-936344.3 MED—
———A cross-account authorization vulnerability in Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) allows an authenticated user to insert forged shared-file records into another user's mailbox through FileSharedWithMeRequest. The request bypasses delegated-account authorization and accepts attacker-selected file metadata, owner identifiers and declared sizes without validating a corresponding document share. An attacker can plant entries attributed to another real local account without that account sharing a document. No victim interaction is required. ZCS 10.1.16 and 10.1.20 are affected.3hCVE-2026-571218.1 ALT—
———PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From version 0.1.4 to before version 0.1.5 in praisonai-platform, a workspace member can permanently delete any resource — projects, agents, issues, labels, issue dependencies, and issue-label attachments — created by the workspace owner or other members. All six content DELETE endpoints enforce workspace membership but perform no ownership or role check. A single malicious or compromised member account can wipe an entire workspace's content irreversibly. This issue has been patched in version 0.1.5.5hCVE-2026-1157254.2 MED—
———Chatwoot before 4.17.0 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows authenticated agent bots to access other accounts by supplying a foreign contact inbox source_id. Attackers can call the conversations create endpoint with another account's source_id to create or retrieve conversations and post messages to that account's contacts.8hCVE-2026-1155468.1 ALT35.3%
——11Okta Access Gateway (OAG) does not validate the selected authentication source during sign-on. An authenticated user with an active session can modify the authentication source parameter, which may generate a SAML assertion granting access to the Admin Console.3hCVE-2026-1153346.8 MED13.8%
——4Lotus through 0.10.2 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability in ChangeUserOrganizationView.post that allows authenticated users to join any organization by supplying its UUID. Self-registered attackers who know another organization's UUID can send a POST request to /app/switch_organization/ to access that tenant's data and billing configuration.1d
