A flaw was found in GCC libstdc++. When an application extracts data into a bitset from a wide-character stream, internal stack memory allocation fails to properly account for character size and alignment. An attacker capable of supplying crafted input to an affected application could trigger a stack-based buffer overflow leading denial of service (DoS).

CVE-2026-1146906.2 MED—
——0A flaw was found in GCC. An out-of-bounds memory access vulnerability exists in the libstdc++ parallel search implementation due to an undersized internal buffer. A local attacker can exploit this flaw by providing crafted search data to an application compiled with parallel mode, causing the process to crash and leading to a Denial of Service (DoS).9hCVE-2026-65587——
——0A web page that contains unusual WebGPU content loaded into the GPU GLES render process can trigger an OOB write in the GPU user-space driver, leading to memory corruption and possible browser/GPU process crash.
The software writes data past the end of an intended memory offset. Writing outside the bounds of allocated memory can corrupt adjacent memory, crash the process, or cause undefined behaviour.15hCVE-2026-88247.5 ALT—
——0A memory corruption vulnerability exists in the vtkBMPReader ExecuteDataWithInformation functionality of vtk (version(s): 9.6.1). A specially crafted .bmp file can lead to a buffer overflow. An attacker can provide a malicious file to trigger this vulnerability.22hCVE-2026-88227.5 ALT—
——0A memory corruption vulnerability exists in the vtkDEMReader ReadProfiles functionality of vtk (version(s): 9.6.1). A specially crafted USGS DEM can lead to a buffer overflow. An attacker can provide a malicious file to trigger this vulnerability.22hCVE-2026-118769——
——0Botan is a C++ cryptography library. From 2.1.0 until 3.13.0, the Botan C API function botan_block_cipher_block_size converted a size_t block size to int without a bounds check. In an application that accepts external algorithm parameter strings and uses the FFI raw ECB mode, an attacker can select the variable-block-size Lion cipher so that the reported size is truncated, the caller allocates insufficient memory, and later block processing causes memory corruption. The C++ API and normally used C API modes such as CBC and CTR are unaffected. This issue is fixed in version 3.13.0.20hCVE-2026-118673——
——0KeePassXC is a cross-platform community-driven port of the Windows application KeePass Password Safe. From 2.3.0 until 2.8.0, KeePassXC browser integration encrypts authorized responses in src/browser/BrowserMessageBuilder.cpp using a fixed 1 MiB output vector even though Botan::Sodium::crypto_box_easy() writes the plaintext length plus crypto_box_MACBYTES. A browser-protocol client that can access the per-user IPC endpoint, has a valid database association, and causes an unlocked database to generate and encrypt a sufficiently large authorized response can trigger a sequential out-of-bounds write before any response is delivered. This issue is fixed in version 2.8.0.1d
