The Manual Image Crop WordPress plugin before 1.15 does not perform any capability check or nonce verification on the authenticated AJAX action that crops attachment images; its only guard passes for any logged-in user. A subscriber-level user can therefore supply an arbitrary attachment ID and overwrite that attachment's generated intermediate-size image (for example its thumbnail) and mutate its stored metadata, regardless of who owns the media. This is a cross-user integrity/defacement issue over the Media Library. The action also has no nonce, so it is additionally susceptible to CSRF.

Prior to 1.0.2, the SAML strategy's verify callback resolved the authenticated user by email alone using `kyselyUserFindByEmail`, without binding the lookup to the organization in `/saml/login/:orgId/callback`. An attacker who administers an organization and controls its SAML IdP signing key can submit an assertion for a victim email to another organization's callback when that target organization has registered the same signing certificate. The assertion verifies against the target certificate, and the email resolves to the target user, creating a session as that user and allowing full cross-tenant account takeover without privileges in the target organization. ———In server mode pgAdmin 4 keeps an account per authentication source, so the same username can exist as, for example, an internal account and an LDAP account. After LDAP or Kerberos authenticated a user, pgAdmin chose the account to log in by username alone, or took the account Flask-Security's login form had looked up, without checking that it came from the source that authenticated the user. The session therefore belonged to another account, with its role, its servers and its saved database passwords:
- An LDAP or Kerberos user whose username matched an internal account was logged in as that internal account, including the administrator account created when pgAdmin is first set up.
- With internal authentication listed before LDAP or Kerberos in AUTHENTICATION_SOURCES, the login form's internal validation looks up the account whose email was typed and keeps it even though its password does not match. A Kerberos user could type another Kerberos user's principal and be logged in as that user, and an LDAP user could do the same with an LDAP account whose email is their username.
Exploitation requires valid credentials for an LDAP directory or Kerberos realm that pgAdmin is configured to use.
The fix looks the account up by the authenticated username and the source that authenticated it, and no longer uses the account the login form found for any source but internal authentication. Internal authentication logs in that account only if it is an internal account. Desktop mode is not affected.

In versions 2.2.0 and later prior to 3.0.1, when `MCP_TRANSPORT=http` enables the opt-in HTTP server, `@sylphx/pdf-reader-mcp` reads `MCP_API_KEY` and logs that `X-API-Key` authentication is enabled but never validates the `X-API-Key` header on incoming requests. The `/mcp` endpoint consequently accepts unauthenticated clients. ———Bazarr is a companion application to Sonarr and Radarr. Prior to 1.5.7-beta.14, the `api_ns_plex` namespace in `bazarr/api/plex/oauth.py` omits `@authenticate` on its Resource handlers, while normal APIs require an API key and no global authentication hook compensates. Anonymous callers can invoke `POST /api/plex/oauth/logout` to clear credentials and disable the integration, or `POST /api/plex/apikey` to persist an attacker-selected key, without a PIN, account or state precondition. `POST /api/plex/oauth/pin` and `GET /api/plex/oauth/pin/<pin_id>/check` additionally allow an attacker who completes a PIN with an attacker-controlled Plex account to bind that account's token to the instance. `PlexPinCheck` skips state validation when `state_param` is absent and merely logs a mismatch without stopping execution. `POST /api/plex/select-server`, `POST /api/plex/oauth/servers`, `POST /api/plex/webhook/create`, `POST /api/plex/webhook/delete` and `POST /api/plex/encrypt-apikey` expose further `write_config()` operations.
