Vulnerability in the Oracle Communications Converged Application Server product of Oracle Communications (component: Security). Supported versions that are affected are 8.2 and 8.3. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via TCP/IP to compromise Oracle Communications Converged Application Server. While the vulnerability is in Oracle Communications Converged Application Server, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Communications Converged Application Server. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 9.0 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). When set to true, it replaces the version comparator from "update must be newer" to "update must be different." Because the default permission set grants allow-check to the webview, any XSS in the app frontend can invoke this command and bypass the only anti-rollback protection the updater offers. Prior to 0.22.0, caller-supplied projects_filter and spaces_filter arguments can replace administrator-configured allowlists, and caller-provided project or space clauses can suppress the configured restriction. A caller can search projects or spaces outside the intended boundary when the configured Atlassian credentials can access them. From 3.0.0 until 3.10.0, the workflow template loading path does not enforce the -file capability gate when resolving file: protocol templates referenced by a workflow. An untrusted unsigned workflow can therefore load a file-protocol template and read local files from the scanner host even when the operator has not enabled file templates. The issue affects CLI users running workflows with -w and SDK integrations that accept end-user workflows while relying on the default file-access restriction. ——0Nuclei is a vulnerability scanner built on a simple YAML-based DSL. From 3.0.0 until 3.10.0, the nuclei/mysql JavaScript library does not enforce the local-file sandbox when a JavaScript template supplies the allowAllFiles MySQL DSN option. An untrusted javascript: template scanning an attacker-controlled MySQL-compatible endpoint can cause the server to issue LOAD DATA LOCAL INFILE requests for arbitrary paths, after which the scanner's MySQL client reads the files and returns their contents to the server even though -allow-local-file-access is disabled. JavaScript templates can run unsigned and without the -code flag on affected versions, and the bypass affects CLI and SDK deployments that accept untrusted templates. This issue is fixed in version 3.10.0.4h
