——0RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. From 3.13.0 until 3.13.19, 4.0.24, 4.1.15, 4.2.10, and 4.3.5, the MQTT 5 parser in deps/rabbitmq_mqtt/src/rabbit_mqtt_packet.erl accepts Request-Problem-Information on PUBLISH packets even though the property is valid only for CONNECT. An authenticated publisher with topic write permission can cause the broker to store and route that inapplicable property to a separately authenticated matching subscriber. When the subscriber path serializes the outbound PUBLISH, serialise_prop/2 has no matching clause, and the uncontained function_clause exception closes the victim MQTT or Web MQTT connection. The publisher connection and broker remain available, and queued replay, retained-message persistence, and broker-wide denial of service were not established. This issue is fixed in versions 3.13.19, 4.0.24, 4.1.15, 4.2.10, and 4.3.5.17hCVE-2026-1020848.1 ALT—
——0An Improper Validation of Syntactic Correctness of Input vulnerability in the VPN daemon of Juniper Networks Junos OS on SRX Series allows an authenticated, network-based attacker to take complete control of the device.
If an SRX device configured for AutoDiscovery VPN (ADVPN) receives a message from a peer that contains one or more specifically malformed attributes, this will cause a buffer overflow, which can allow remote code execution and therefore allow an attacker to take complete control of the device. To be able to carry out this attack an attacker must either have acquired the shared secret to impersonate a peer or have compromised an existing one, so this attack is considerably difficult.
This issue affects Junos OS on SRX Series:
* All versions before 23.2R2-S7.7;
* from 23.4 before 23.4R2-S7;
* from 24.2 before 24.2R2-S4;
* from 24.4 before 24.4R2-S3;
* from 25.2 before 25.2R2;
* from 25.4 before 25.4R1-S3.7hCVE-2026-1094255.3 MED8.3%
——3Tink-go (tink-crypto/tink-go) through 2.8.0 contains an input-validation vulnerability where keyset.NewHandleWithNoSecrets() and ReadWithNoSecrets() skip the structural Validate() step before constructing a keyset.Handle, allowing malformed public or no-secret keysets that violate Tink's keyset invariants to be accepted. Attackers can supply a malformed keyset, such as one with an enabled public key lacking a valid primary key or a DESTROYED key with no KeyData, causing inconsistent downstream validation where functions like jwt.JWKSetFromPublicKeysetHandle() process the invalid handle and produce a JWK set, potentially misleading applications that rely on successful handle construction as proof of keyset integrity.2dCVE-2026-1009026.5 MED25.1%
——8A vulnerability was determined in Barco ClickShare CX-20 Gen2 up to 02.26.00.0007. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /wallpaper of the component Wallpaper Upload. This manipulation of the argument wallpaper causes improper validation of syntactic correctness of input. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.17dCVE-2026-870827.5 ALT34.9%
——10Net::IDN::Punycode versions before 2.590 for Perl hang, crash or return a wrong label via unvalidated malformed UTF-8 in encode_punycode.
Neither backend checks that its input is well-formed UTF-8, so a string with the UTF-8 flag set over malformed bytes, as the :utf8 PerlIO layer produces from any malformed input, reaches the encoder unchecked. On perl 5.32 and later the XS backend reports a malformed sequence with a length of `(STRLEN)-1`, so the scan steps back one byte instead of forward and never ends. On earlier perls the XS returns a valid label for a different name. The pure-Perl backend runs a regex over the flagged string. Depending on the bytes, it aborts with SIGBUS on perl 5.28 and later, dies with a panic, or returns a wrong label.
The documented conversion functions match the label against Unicode properties first and that match dies on such a string, so only a direct call to encode_punycode reaches the defect. The decoder is not affected.
A direct caller encoding attacker-supplied bytes hangs, crashes or gets a label for a name the input never held.23dCVE-2026-870809.1 CRÍ32.0%
——10Net::IDN::Punycode::PP versions before 2.590 for Perl decode a truncated label to a name containing a character it never encoded in decode_punycode.
The pure-Perl decoder reads one digit at a time with four-argument substr and tests the result with defined to detect the end of the input. substr on an exhausted string returns the empty string rather than undef, so decoding continues past the end. The empty string converts to a digit value below the range, reducing the accumulator, and the decoder derives one extra code point and its position from it. The result is deterministic. The XS backend rejects the same label.
Net::IDN::Punycode uses this backend wherever the XS does not build.
The two backends disagree about what such a label means, so a sender can pick a label that one installation resolves to a name and another rejects.23d
