Zammad is a web based open source helpdesk/customer support system. Prior to 7.1.2, the two-factor login step let an attacker try unlimited password guesses for any account without triggering Zammad's normal lockout or rate limiting. The response also revealed whether a guess was correct, even before two-factor authentication was checked. This made it possible to brute-force weak or reused passwords. This issue is fixed in version 7.1.2.

CVE-2026-1160073.7 BAJ30.7%
——9A flaw has been found in YunaiV/zhijiantianya ruoyi-vue-pro up to 2026.09. The impacted element is the function SmsCodeServiceImpl.validateSmsCode0 of the file /service/sms/SmsCodeServiceImpl.java of the component SMS Code Verification. This manipulation causes improper restriction of excessive authentication attempts. The attack may be initiated remotely. The complexity of an attack is rather high. The exploitability is regarded as difficult. The exploit has been published and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.15hCVE-2026-658257.5 ALT11.9%
——4OpenReception's appointment booking software provides an end-to-end encrypted appointment booking platform. In versions 2.1.0 and prior, a returning client's six-digit booking PIN can be brute-forced online in the victim tenant. A successful guess yields the client's booking access token, granting access to that client's appointment tunnel, which holds their end-to-end-encrypted appointment data, and the ability to act as the client, for example adding or cancelling appointments in the tunnel. The bypass is cross-tenant: state owned by one tenant removes an authentication protection of a different tenant. This crossing of the tenant boundary is the basis for the scope-changed vector. At time of publication, there are no publicly available patches.2dCVE-2026-1154805.3 MED24.2%
——7baserCMS is a website development framework. In versions 5.0.0 before 5.3.2 and 5.4.0 before 5.4.2, the public POST /baser/api/bc-mail/mail_messages/add/{mailContentId}.json endpoint accepts submissions without enforcing the form's auth_captcha setting. BcMail\Controller\Api\MailMessagesController::add() and MailMessagesService::create() omit the BcCaptchaService::check() verification of captcha_id and auth_captcha performed by MailController::submit() in the web UI. An unauthenticated attacker who can reach the API can therefore automate submissions without solving the enabled image challenge. The API disables FormProtection and has no rate limit; submissions can generate administrator-inbox spam, send attacker-influenced auto-replies to third parties when an email field is present, and accumulate mail_messages database records when save_info is enabled. The API already enforces the isAccepting() check added for CVE-2026-30878; the missing CAPTCHA check is a separate control failure. This issue has been patched in versions 5.3.2 and 5.4.2.2dCVE-2026-1153593.7 BAJ8.3%
——2OpenBao before 2.6.4 and 2.7.x before 2.7.1 contains a flaw in its rate limit quota subsystem where role resolution fails for requests with form-encoded bodies or forwarded certificates, so quota rules scoped to backend-specific roles are not enforced. Valid callers can repeatedly issue tokens without consuming the configured role-based rate limit budget.2dCVE-2026-963645.3 MED21.0%
——6Improper Control of Interaction Frequency vulnerability in Drupal Webform allows Functionality Misuse. This issue affects Webform versions: from 0.0.0 to 6.2.12, from 6.3.0 to 6.3.1.3dCVE-2026-764065.9 MED24.9%
——7In Splunk SOAR versions below 8.7.0, an unauthenticated user with access to encrypted credential data from an affected Splunk SOAR instance could submit Basic authentication data to the Representational State Transfer (REST) API to expose and decrypt that encrypted credential data.
The vulnerability is possible because Splunk SOAR decrypts encrypted Basic authentication values before completing authentication checks.
The attack requires the unauthenticated user to have encrypted credential data from an affected Splunk SOAR instance. The unauthenticated user should not be able to exploit the vulnerability at will.
For more information see Using the REST API reference for Splunk SOAR (On-premises) (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-soar/soar-on-premises/rest-api-reference/8.5.0/using-the-splunk-soar-rest-api/using-the-rest-api-reference-for-splunk-soar-on-premises) in the Splunk documentation.4d
