Descripción técnica

ezBookkeeping is an open source, self-hosted personal finance application. From 0.10.0 until 1.6.0, ezBookkeeping constructs its Gin router with gin.New() without configuring SetTrustedProxies, causing c.ClientIP() to trust a spoofed X-Forwarded-For value. An unauthenticated remote attacker can supply an allowlisted address to bypass the mcp_allowed_remote_ips or api_token_allowed_remote_ips gate. A valid MCP or API token remains required for protected actions. When such actions occur, the same spoofed value is stored in Transaction.CreatedIp and the request log, attributing activity to the trusted host instead of the attacker. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.0.

CVE-2026-120633—

——0CGI versions before 5.00 for Perl trust the client X-Forwarded-Host header in url, self_url, virtual_host and virtual_port. These take the host name and port from the X-Forwarded-Host request header when present, and otherwise from Host, without validating either. The URLs from url and self_url are the default redirect location and the start_html(-base=>1) base href, and the default start_form action when REQUEST_URI is not set. A client can poison shared caches, and URLs the application stores or sends, with redirects, links and scripts that point at a host it controls.10h

——4PipesHub before 0.10.0 contains a rate limit bypass vulnerability in getClientIp() that allows unauthenticated attackers to evade per-IP throttling by spoofing X-Forwarded-For or X-Real-IP headers. Attackers can rotate header values to obtain fresh rate-limit buckets on authentication endpoints, enabling password spraying and OTP or password-reset email flooding.5h

——1Echo is a Go web framework. From 5.0.0 until 5.4.1, Echo v5's ExtractIPFromRealIPHeader validates whether the client-supplied X-Real-IP value belongs to a trusted range instead of validating the direct network peer. A client reaching Echo directly, or through a proxy that preserves the header, can supply a loopback or private address and have Context.RealIP return that spoofed identity. Applications using the extractor for IP allowlists, rate limiting, audit logs, or forwarding headers can consequently trust an attacker-controlled address; the default direct extractor and Echo v4 are unaffected. This issue is fixed in 5.4.1.6h

——1GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab EE affecting all versions from 17.8 before 19.3.6, 19.4 before 19.4.3, and 19.5 before 19.5.1 that under certain conditions could have allowed an authenticated user to access paid AI features without a valid subscription due to insufficient server-side validation in billing eligibility checks.6h
CVE-2026-1144745.9 MED

——2Use of a less trusted source for the envelope sender in the external-account download of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.0.0 through 6.3.6 allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to have mail they write in the name of a domain the server hosts sent on by the server with an envelope sender at that domain, so that it passes the domain's SPF and DMARC at other receivers. A message the server downloads from an external POP3 or IMAP account has no SMTP envelope of its own, and the server took the address in its From header as its envelope sender, whatever that address was. A forward or redirect of the downloaded message to an outside address then left with that address as its envelope sender, which the Sender Rewriting Scheme leaves alone for a hosted domain, so that the receiver's SPF check passed for the forged domain, aligned even under strict alignment, with no non-default setting, host name record or DMARC policy needed. An attacker needs to know a mailbox elsewhere that an account here collects and forwards to an outside address; an account holder who adds an external account of their own can collect from a server of their own, which matters where SmtpAuthenticatedSenderCheck holds signed-in senders to their own addresses.6d

——1In the Golang Chi web framework, the ClientIPFromXFF middleware skips any X-Forwarded-For entry in a configured trusted CIDR but never verifies that the direct TCP peer in http.Request.RemoteAddr belongs to that CIDR. A client that can reach the Go server directly can therefore append a trusted-looking proxy address and choose the client IP returned by middleware.GetClientIP. This issue affects chi before 5.4.0.14d
