CVE-2026-110676——
——0Cpanel::JSON::XS versions before 4.80 for Perl allow memory exhaustion by encoding exponent notation as full decimal digits under allow_bignum.
With allow_bignum, a JSON number with a fraction or exponent decodes to a Math::BigFloat, which stores the exponent separately and so decodes cheaply. Encoding it untyped or as JSON_TYPE_FLOAT writes the plain decimal form with one digit per unit of exponent. Nothing bounds the exponent, so the 12-byte text [1e30000000] encodes to 30 MB.
Untrusted JSON decoded with allow_bignum and encoded again can exhaust memory and CPU.19hCVE-2026-1099325.9 MED22.2%
——7undici is an HTTP client library for Node.js. In versions 5.15.0 through 6.29.0, 7.0.0 through 7.30.0, and 8.0.0 through 8.12.1, its WebSocket client, including the bundled WebSocket exposed by Node.js, can be driven to exhaust process memory by a malicious or compromised WebSocket server. For every PING frame received, the client automatically writes a PONG response and ignores the backpressure signal from the socket write, so a server that streams small PING frames while never reading the client's PONGs makes the outbound write queue and heap grow without bound until the Node.js process runs out of memory and terminates. The attack is remote and unauthenticated, needs only a normal WebSocket connection, and is asymmetric, since small inbound PINGs produce a much larger retained outbound queue, with availability the only impact. The issue is fixed in undici 6.29.1, 7.30.1, and 8.12.2, which pause WebSocket frame parsing when the automatic PONG response hits socket backpressure and resume on drain, bounding the outbound queue, and users should upgrade to one of those versions or later. There is no workaround.19hCVE-2026-701625.9 MED54.8%
——16A denial of service vulnerability exists when Microsoft Common Object Runtime Library improperly handles web requests. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could cause a denial of service against a .NET web application.
A remote unauthenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability by issuing specially crafted requests to the .NET application.
The update addresses the vulnerability by correcting how the .NET web application handles web requests.7dCVE-2026-104817—38.5%
——12Misskey is an open source, federated social media platform. From 12.112.1 until 2026.7.0, the unauthenticated fetch-rss API lacks rate limiting and response-size restrictions and performs synchronous XML parsing. An attacker can trigger unbounded outbound HTTP requests and synchronous parsing, exhausting instance resources, amplifying requests toward third-party servers, or probing network-reachable services even when federation is disabled. This issue is fixed in version 2026.7.0.4dCVE-2026-970317.5 ALT32.1%
——10Multiple ECH outer extension references are not permitted under RFC 9849; previously, a client could send a well-crafted packet that could trigger memory exhaustion in the server process by specifying multiple references. We now reject these as malformed and curb the memory amplification vector as a result.11dCVE-2026-786697.5 ALT46.0%
——14A malicious HTTP/2 peer can cause excessive CPU consumption in the client or server by opening a large number of streams and then sending many small SETTINGS frames containing SETTINGS_INITIAL_WINDOW_SIZE values.11d
