——0Spring Tools for Eclipse stores the Spring Boot DevTools remote secret (spring.devtools.remote.secret) as a plain string attribute on the "Spring Boot DevTools Client" launch configuration. Eclipse persists launch configuration attributes as cleartext XML, either to workspace metadata or, if the user marks the configuration as a shared file, directly into the project tree where it can be committed to version control. This secret is the sole credential protecting the DevTools remote restart/reload endpoint, which accepts and executes arbitrary class bytes on the target application. Anyone able to read the .launch file (via filesystem access, a workspace backup, or a shared VCS repository) can extract the secret and use it to achieve remote code execution against the associated Spring Boot application.
Affected Spring Products and Versions:

——0In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
hwmon: (w83791d) Convert macros to functions to avoid TOCTOU
The macro FAN_FROM_REG evaluates its arguments multiple times. When used
in lockless contexts involving shared driver data, this leads to
Time-of-Check to Time-of-Use (TOCTOU) race conditions, potentially
causing divide-by-zero errors.
Convert the macro to a static function. This guarantees that arguments
are evaluated only once (pass-by-value), preventing the race
conditions.
Additionally, in store_fan_div, move the calculation of the minimum
limit inside the update lock. This ensures that the read-modify-write
sequence operates on consistent data.
Adhere to the principle of minimal changes by only converting macros
that evaluate arguments multiple times and are used in lockless
contexts.13dCVE-2026-121895.3 MED1.1%
——0A flaw has been found in Moovit Bus & Public Transit App 1.18 on Android. This affects an unknown part of the component com.tranzmate. Executing a manipulation can lead to improper authorization in handler for custom url scheme. The attack can only be executed locally. The exploit has been published and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.101dCVE-2026-981637.8 ALT1.1%
——0In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
cgroup: Avoid iteration of dying tasks with zero refcount
The commit 260fbcb92bbea ("cgroup: Move dying_tasks cleanup from
cgroup_task_release() to cgroup_task_free()") extended the lifetime of
tasks on the dying_tasks list.
The iterators have provision to go through dying_tasks because of
dying threadgroup leaders or explicit CSS_TASK_ITER_WITH_DEAD, however,
it was expected that such tasks can obtain a new reference (that is
possible before cgroup_task_release()/put_task_struct_rcu_user()).
The tasks after cgroup_task_release() and before cgroup_task_free()
are subject to race when they may or may not have ->usage count > 0.
The race window is between css_task_iter_next() invocations
when css_set_lock is released and we may arrive at a new ->task_pos.
The iterator should not attempt to resurrect tasks whose ->usage count
dropped to zero. (When that happens, __put_task_struct_rcu_cb() is
already imminent and the returned task_struct would could be used
after free.)
As for the fix, we cannot simply check the signal->live count of a task
on the dying list because that won't distinguish regular zombies waiting
to be reaped from RCU remnant tasks that are going to be free'd.
Therefore add an extra check to rule out ->usage==0 tasks from any
iteration.
The repeat: loop in css_task_iter_advance() doesn't consider ->usage
count, so add a new loop to css_task_iter_next() to skip de-used tasks
on the dying_list.

——0In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
can: mcp251x: fix deadlock in error path of mcp251x_open
The mcp251x_open() function call free_irq() in its error path with the
mpc_lock mutex held. But if an interrupt already occurred the
interrupt handler will be waiting for the mpc_lock and free_irq() will
deadlock waiting for the handler to finish.
This issue is similar to the one fixed in commit 7dd9c26bd6cf ("can:
mcp251x: fix deadlock if an interrupt occurs during mcp251x_open") but
for the error path.
To solve this issue move the call to free_irq() after the lock is
released. Setting `priv->force_quit = 1` beforehand ensure that the IRQ
handler will exit right away once it acquired the lock.18dCVE-2026-175035.1 MED1.1%
——0IBM PowerVM Hypervisor FW1120.00 through FW1120.01, FW1110.00 through FW1110.31, FW1060.00 through FW1060.81, and FW950.00 through FW950.H3 is affected by a vulnerability in the partition firmware runtime boot configuration. An attacker with root access to a partition can maliciously alter partition nvram, causing the partition to fail to boot. This condition persists until operator intervention — deleting and recreating the partition configuration — to restore normal operation. Successful exploitation results in an integrity and availability impact.38dCVE-2026-44469—1.1%

This issue affects Vyond: before fb10a5c8b833df7f152d4a563a61d6090a1790d7.17dCVE-2026-713176.5 MED1.1%
——0Lemur manages TLS certificate creation. Prior to 1.9.3, POST /api/1/authorities with type=subca did not require AuthorityPermission on the parent authority when ADMIN_ONLY_AUTHORITY_CREATION was false. AssociatedAuthoritySchema resolved the caller-supplied parent and passed it through authority creation to cryptography-issuer, which used the parent authority_certificate.private_key to sign a new intermediate. Any authenticated non-read-only user in that supported configuration could chain a sub-CA to an internal root for which the user held no role. The resulting intermediate could issue trusted certificates and its private key could be used outside Lemur, bypassing normal issuance controls. The fix checks AuthorityPermission on every supplied parent before invoking the issuer. This issue is fixed in version 1.9.3.10dCVE-2026-1052494.8 MED1.1%
——0A weakness has been identified in vgmstream up to r2117. This impacts the function make_group_random of the file src/meta/txtp_process.c of the component TXTP File Handler. This manipulation causes use after free. The attack needs to be launched locally. Patch name: ae37662ad626254ddd96ad69ac263792d7a92024. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue.25dCVE-2022-36842—1.1%

——0Uncontrolled mutual recursion between DcmJSONReader::parseDataSet(), DcmJSONReader::parseElement() and DcmJSONReader::parseSequence() in dcmdata/libsrc/dcjsonrd.cc of OFFIS DCMTK 3.7.0 allows an attacker to cause a denial of service (stack exhaustion and process crash) via a crafted DICOM JSON document with deeply nested sequence (SQ) values. The json2dcm tool and any service that converts untrusted DICOM JSON (for example, DICOMweb payloads) with this reader are affected. The issue is fixed in commit cf955e64c35a1e07ba10698f639d5dcdec53b9d7.24dCVE-2026-411555.5 MED1.1%
——0An attacker could cooperatively pass data from one secure GPU process to another secure GPU process through shared secure memory allocations in the kernel module. Additionally, an attacker could disrupt the operation of another secure GPU process leading to image corruption / GPU hardware recovery.
Sharing secure memory allocations among various GPU secure processes allows an attacker to corrupt shared resource affecting other users.7dCVE-2022-22269—1.1%

——0An integer underflow in WinCursorShapeUtils::trimTransparent() in GlavSoft TightVNC Server for Windows before 2.8.88 allows a local authenticated user to crash the server, and potentially read out-of-bounds memory, by causing a cursor shape with a width or height of zero to be processed on the DXGI capture path. The loop bound width - 1 wraps to 0xFFFFFFFF, producing an access roughly 4 GB beyond the 64 KB cursor buffer; a monochrome cursor of height 1 also becomes 0 because getCursorHeight() halves the height in place.24dCVE-2026-618622.9 BAJ1.1%
——0ImageMagick before 7.1.2-26 and 6.9.13-51 contains an information disclosure vulnerability: when a profile is displayed with the identify command and the profile value is not printable, a single byte at the end of the profile can be printed (read past the profile boundary). This behavior occurs when debug output is enabled.3dCVE-2026-803585.1 MED1.1%
——0Dell Boot Optimized Server Storage (BOSS), versions prior to 2.2.13.2038, contains an On-Chip Debug and Test Interface With Improper Access Control vulnerability in the SMCU on 17G BOSS-N1 controllers. An unauthenticated attacker with physical access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Unauthorized access.34dCVE-2026-33632—1.1%
