In jQuery starting with 1.12.0 and before 3.5.0, passing HTML from untrusted sources - even after sanitizing it - to one of jQuery's DOM manipulation methods (i.e. .html(), .append(), and others) may execute untrusted code. This problem is patched in jQuery 3.5.0.

CVE-2026-889866.1 MÉD—
———Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows. Prior to 2.15.0, the frontend routes /pipeline/k8s/pod and /pipeline/k8s/pod/events use frontend/server/k8s-helper.ts to include untrusted podname and podnamespace query values and backend error details in HTML-capable error responses. An unauthenticated attacker can craft a link that executes JavaScript in the frontend origin when a user who satisfies the deployment's authentication and route-access requirements follows it and reaches an affected response. Cookie disclosure depends on cookie attributes, and server-side code execution or availability impact is not established. This issue is fixed in version 2.15.0.8hCVE-2026-1108026.1 MÉD—
———Altair is a GraphQL client for all platforms. From 7.2.4 until 8.5.8, packages/altair-iframe-sandbox/src/main.ts reads plugin_sandbox_opts from the iframe-sandbox query string and passes attacker-controlled scriptUrls to injectScript() in packages/altair-core/src/utils/inject.ts, which creates script elements in the page. The intended parent iframe flow places the page in an iframe with sandbox allow-scripts and without allow-same-origin, but direct navigation to a crafted iframe-sandbox URL omits that isolation and executes the supplied script in the origin serving Altair. Exploitation requires a victim to open the crafted URL, and the resulting script can access script-readable storage and make same-origin requests according to the deployment's authentication and cookie controls. This issue is fixed in version 8.5.8.9hCVE-2026-765805.4 MÉD—

——0OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, interface/forms/transfer_summary/new.php and interface/forms/functional_cognitive_status/new.php render stored transfer_to, code, and codetext values with text(), which uses ENT_NOQUOTES, inside double-quoted HTML value attributes. An authenticated clinical user can store a value containing a double quote that escapes the attribute and injects event-handler markup when another clinician opens the form. Successful exploitation can expose session data and protected health information or permit patient-record actions in the victim's session. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0.10hCVE-2026-1154526.7 MÉD—
