The SQL Expressions experimental feature of Grafana allows for the evaluation of `duckdb` queries containing user input. These queries are insufficiently sanitized before being passed to `duckdb`, leading to a command injection and local file inclusion vulnerability. Any user with the VIEWER or higher permission is capable of executing this attack. The `duckdb` binary must be present in Grafana's $PATH for this attack to function; by default, this binary is not installed in Grafana distributions.

Prior to 1.11.2, sofia_handle_sip_i_refer() placed raw Refer-To URI parameters and headers inside a sip_invite_params channel-variable block passed to switch_ivr_originate(). The originate parser treated a comma in the attacker-controlled value as a variable separator, allowing an authenticated caller on a bridged call to inject arbitrary variables into a newly originated leg. An injected execute_on_originate value could invoke the system dialplan application before answer and execute operating-system commands with the FreeSWITCH process privileges. SIP REFER is enabled by default, and the sender needs only a registered account and a call that takes the off-box transfer path, not administrative or Event Socket access. Prior to 1.11.3, sofia_presence_handle_sip_i_message() split the To user of an inbound SIP MESSAGE on a plus sign and treated the left side as a chat protocol selector. Selecting the api chat proto reached switch_api_execute(), allowing a peer whose MESSAGE was accepted to run FreeSWITCH API commands, including operating-system command sinks, with the daemon's privileges. Inbound chat is enabled on the stock internal and external profiles, and any authenticated profile account is sufficient; stock directory users without password material can also remove that barrier in affected configurations. The flaw permits configuration and credential disclosure, arbitrary call control, and command execution, and exploitation has been observed in the wild. ——0ntopng is a web-based network traffic monitoring application. Prior to 6.7.260717, scripts/lua/rest/v2/add/host/to_scan.lua and scripts/lua/rest/v2/exec/host/schedule_vulnerability_scan.lua accept scan_ports from any authenticated session, including non-administrator users, while deployments with login disabled expose the same request without authentication. The endpoints validate scan_ports with validateSingleWord, which permits shell metacharacters, and persist the value for the minute vulnerability-scan scheduler. The scheduler concatenates the value into an nmap command through nmap_scan_host and executes it through ntop.execCmd or ntop.execCmdAsync using popen. For the tcp_portscan and cve modules, a preliminary nmap -sn probe must first report the target as up before the attacker-controlled ports are used. When nmap is installed, this command injection allows arbitrary operating-system commands to execute as the ntopng service account without further user interaction. Before 0.57.13, a remote direct message received through a configured Yuanbao channel is converted into a generic channel AgentTurnRequest that uses the default tool policy without establishing an interactive approval context. Under the default Supervised autonomy policy with Node enabled, node_exec is classified as a write operation that should prompt for approval, but ApprovalGate treats missing APPROVAL_CHAT_CONTEXT as a non-interactive turn and allows execution. Because Yuanbao direct messages are open by default, an external sender who can message the connected bot can influence the agent to execute JavaScript and operating-system commands as the OpenHuman user without an approval prompt. The issue requires a configured Yuanbao channel, the default approval-requiring policy state, Node availability, and successful model selection of node_exec.
