Vulnerability in the Oracle Mobile Field Service product of Oracle E-Business Suite (component: Admin UI). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.3-12.2.15. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Mobile Field Service. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle Mobile Field Service accessible data as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Mobile Field Service accessible data. Prior to 1.8.231, the profile form exposes the only_assigned_tickets permission to its non-admin owner, and UsersController::profileSave() adds or removes User::PERM_ONLY_ASSIGNED_TICKETS without checking that the editor is an administrator. A restricted agent can uncheck the option, or submit an ordinary profile save that omits it, to remove the administrator-imposed restriction.
