Vulnerability in the Oracle Application Object Library product of Oracle E-Business Suite (component: DB Privileges). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.3-12.2.15. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle Application Object Library executes to compromise Oracle Application Object Library. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Application Object Library. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.8 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). Prior to 1.8.231, the profile form exposes the only_assigned_tickets permission to its non-admin owner, and UsersController::profileSave() adds or removes User::PERM_ONLY_ASSIGNED_TICKETS without checking that the editor is an administrator. A restricted agent can uncheck the option, or submit an ordinary profile save that omits it, to remove the administrator-imposed restriction.
