Descrição técnica

Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 0.21.8, the @backstage/plugin-kubernetes-backend package is affected by improper entity validation in deprecated kubernetes services endpoint. An authenticated user with Kubernetes read permissions could access Kubernetes workload data beyond their intended scope by supplying crafted entity data to the deprecated services endpoint. The exposure is limited to read-only access to Kubernetes object metadata across configured clusters. This issue is fixed in version 0.21.8.

———Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows. Prior to 2.18.0, the multi-user HTTP endpoints POST /apis/v2beta1/pipelines/upload and POST /apis/v2beta1/pipelines/upload_version call canUploadVersionedPipeline, which returns without SubjectAccessReview when the target namespace is empty while REQUIRE_NAMESPACE_FOR_PIPELINES defaults to false. A low-privilege tenant can create shared pipelines or inject attacker-controlled versions into existing shared pipelines without the required write permission; if the API server is directly reachable without an authenticating proxy, an unauthenticated caller can exploit the same bypass, while deployments protected by such a proxy do not expose anonymous access. An enabled unpinned recurring run that follows the latest version can then execute the injected specification in another tenant's namespace under that workload's service account, while pinned or embedded-specification runs are not automatically substituted. This issue is fixed in version 2.18.0.4h

———MONAI (Medical Open Network for AI) is an AI toolkit for health care imaging. Prior to 1.6.1, PydicomReader._get_affine() trusts non-finite values in the DICOM PixelSpacing, ImagePositionPatient, and ImageOrientationPatient fields and composes them into an affine matrix without validation. An unauthenticated attacker who can upload a crafted DICOM to a default MONAILabel deployment can propagate NaN or infinity values through LoadImaged, Spacingd, model inference, and output writing, causing inference failures, persistent datastore poisoning, or geometrically corrupted results. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.1.5h

———dcmjs is a JavaScript implementation of DICOM manipulation. Prior to 0.52.0, the DecimalString and IntegerString implementations in src/ValueRepresentation.js sanitize text with a permissive regular expression and pass the result to JavaScript's Number constructor without validating finiteness or the DICOM value-representation rules. Scientific notation overflow in a DS or IS field can produce positive or negative Infinity, while stripping alphabetic characters from signed infinity text can leave a sign-only string that converts to NaN. IntegerString also accepts exponent notation and values outside the DICOM signed 32-bit IS range. Applications that trust these parsed values can propagate invalid numbers into spatial geometry, display windowing, dose scaling, frame counts, rescaling, or volume reconstruction, causing incorrect calculations or disrupted processing. This issue is fixed in version 0.52.0.6h

——0OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, library/classes/Controller.class.php allows explicit controller.php dispatch to controllers missing from CONTROLLER_ACL_MAP, and checkControllerAcl() returns without enforcing any permission for those entries. A low-privilege authenticated user can invoke C_X12Partner::edit_action_process() to create or alter insurance-routing hosts and credentials, or invoke C_PatientFinder::find_action_process() to enumerate patient names, dates of birth, and identifiers. The shared fail-open dispatcher root cause also exposes other administrative controllers that were intended to be reached through ACL-gated Practice Settings routes. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0.6h

——0OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, library/ajax/set_pt.php allows any authenticated user to set an arbitrary patient identifier in the active session without an ACL check, and interface/patient_file/download_template.php trusts that session value while enforcing only CSRF validation. A low-privilege user can select another patient and download a rendered document template containing the patient's demographics, encounter information, allergies, medications, and problem list despite lacking patients/docs access. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0.7h

——0OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, custom/ajax_download.php, custom/download_qrda.php, custom/export_qrda_xml.php, and custom/qrda_download.php validate CSRF but do not enforce the patients/med ACL used by the canonical CQM report page. The endpoints also accept an unscoped report_id, allowing a low-privilege authenticated user to reach report generation and download logic for other reports. In a clinic with generated CQM reports, this can expose QRDA Category One and Category Three clinical documents for patients in a measure. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0.7h
