Descrição técnica

On MISP instances configured to require TOTP enrolment (Security.otp_required), the enforcement of the mandatory two-factor authentication setup applied only to standard browser requests. An authenticated user who had not yet enrolled in TOTP could bypass the forced setup by issuing any non-browser request type, including AJAX/XHR calls, REST API requests, .json format URLs, restSearch queries, or automation actions. Because these machine-readable request shapes cannot follow the redirect that the browser path uses to send the user to the TOTP enrolment page, the guard simply skipped the check and the user retained full access to the instance without completing the required second-factor setup. The initial fix (commit 8deb0619e) added a guard specifically for AJAX requests. A follow-up fix (commit 6b527ba6e) broadened the guard to cover every non-browser request shape, while preserving the exemption for identities authenticated via API key (logged_by_authkey flag). Impact: an authenticated user on an otp_required instance can operate with full access indefinitely without enrolling in TOTP, nullifying the instance-level two-factor authentication policy. Affected version: <2.5.48

———Missing authentication in the FlexNet Beacon component of Flexera One and FlexNet Manager Suite allows unauthenticated remote attackers to obtain Beacon policy and targeting information when anonymous web server access is enabled (the default).4h

———Lack of authentication and authorization in the Images.ashx endpoint in MatchPoint, which allows profile photos to be downloaded using predictable identifiers. An unauthenticated remote attacker could enumerate these identifiers and collect users' photos. Linking these photos to identities may be facilitated by other vulnerabilities in the platform.5h

———OAuthLib is an implementation of the OAuth request-signing logic for Python 3.6+. From 3.3.0 until 4.0.1, OAuthLib's RFC 8628 device workflow does not require DeviceCodeGrant.validate_token_request to check that the device_code parameter is present and valid. A caller whose client request is accepted by the configured validator and who knows a valid client ID enabled for the device workflow can submit a missing or bogus device code to the token endpoint and obtain a bearer token without completing device authorization. This issue is fixed in version 4.0.1.5h

——0OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, the webroot admin.php multisite administration page is enabled without an authentication check, reads database configuration from sqlconf.php, and connects to each configured site database. An unauthenticated network actor can obtain site identifiers, database names, site names, exact OpenEMR versions and patch levels, pending upgrade status, and direct login and patient-portal links. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0.7h

——0noname Electron desktop build v1.11.2 through v1.11.6.1 contains an unauthenticated local file server with wildcard CORS that allows malicious websites to read, overwrite, or delete installation files. ——0EdgeChat before 2.20.3 contains a missing authentication vulnerability in the GET /files/:key route that allows unauthenticated or banned users to download decrypted public-channel attachments because canAccessFile() accepts a null user id. Attackers holding an attachment object key can omit or supply an invalid token to retrieve plaintext attachments without a session or channel membership.8h
