In fail2ban 0.10.5 through 1.1.1 before ddd879d, the sshd filter (config/filter.d/sshd.conf) accepts an "on <token>" suffix after the host address. Because OpenSSH logs the offered username verbatim, a remote unauthenticated attacker can use a username such as "x VICTIM-SOURCE-IP-ADDRESS on" to make fail2ban associate failed login attempts with an arbitrary source IP address and ban it (e.g., to block logins from a legitimate user). The default filter mode is affected.

CVE-2026-103864—11.6%
——3Improper output neutralization for logs in Apache Sling Engine.
This issue affects Apache Sling Engine: before 3.0.4.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.0.4, which fixes the issue.1dCVE-2026-1112115.3 MÉD45.2%
——14An issue was discovered in Django 6.1 before 6.1.3, 6.0 before 6.0.10, and 5.2 before 5.2.19.
`django.contrib.gis.forms.widgets.BaseGeometryWidget.deserialize()`, used by `django.contrib.gis.forms.GeometryField`, does not escape invalid submitted values before logging them, which allows remote attackers to inject or forge log entries via a crafted geometry value.
Earlier, unsupported Django series (such as 5.1.x, 5.0.x, and 4.2.x) were not evaluated and may also be affected.
Django would like to thank Aaron chen for reporting this issue.3dCVE-2026-1189949.8 CRÍ11.3%
——3CallBackery versions before 0.62.0 for Perl allow log injection via newlines in the login name.
login() writes the login name to the application log without escaping control characters. The login RPC method needs no authentication, so a name containing a newline followed by text in the log record format adds a forged record.
An unauthenticated attacker can forge log records, such as a successful administrator login from an address of their choosing.10hCVE-2026-1194235.3 MÉD31.7%
——10OPNsense core before 26.7.8 contains a log injection vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to plant victim IP addresses in the lockout_handler by submitting crafted WebGUI login usernames. Attackers can submit usernames like 'Invalid user <victim-ip>' repeatedly to add the victim to the sshlockout table, blocking SSH and WebGUI access and killing its pf states.3dCVE-2026-1179778.1 ALT30.2%
——9Other issue in the Console component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 159, Firefox ESR 153.6, Thunderbird 159, and Thunderbird 153.6.1dCVE-2026-156615.3 MÉD15.4%
——5IBM Concert 1.0 through 3.0.0 could allow an unauthorized user to inject data into log messages due to improper neutralization of special elements when written to log files.3d
