Descrição técnica

baserCMS is a website development framework. In versions 5.0.0 before 5.3.2 and 5.4.0 before 5.4.2, an authenticated user with only theme-file view permission can traverse outside the theme directory through the optional BcThemeFile plugin's Admin web screen. ThemeFilesController::parseArgs() constructs a path containing literal ../ segments, and the view and edit actions pass it to ThemeFilesService::get() without containment validation. Authorization checks the unresolved request path, after which ThemeFile::_getContents() reads the resolved file and exposes its contents in the form textarea. A client must preserve the dot segments rather than normalize them away. Readable files are limited to .php, .css, .js, and .ctp; this can disclose application source and config/install.php database credentials in MySQL or PostgreSQL deployments, while SQLite configurations have an empty database password. Reading config/app_local.php may expose the Security.salt fallback, which is effective only when not overridden by environment configuration. The flaw does not disclose .env, .pem, or SQLite .db files, does not itself permit file writes or code execution, and does not affect the separate API getFullpath() route. The plugin is disabled by default and unauthenticated requests are not sufficient. This issue has been patched in versions 5.3.2 and 5.4.2.

CVE-2026-1244876.5 MÉD
—
———OpenEMR before 8.4.0 contains an improper authorization vulnerability in the non-patient POST /fhir/DocumentReference/$docref route that allows low-privileged users to generate any patient's CCDA. Attackers with only demographics and documents permissions can supply a victim patient parameter, then download the full-chart CCDA from Patient Documents to exfiltrate clinical data.3h
CVE-2026-1244838.3 ALT
—
———OpenEMR before 8.4.0 contains an incorrect authorization vulnerability because the prescription REST API routes check the patients.med ACL instead of patients.rx and request no specific permission bit, so read-only Medical/History access passes the check. Authenticated staff users can reuse the UI-exposed APICSRFTOKEN to enumerate prescription UUIDs, forge prescriptions for arbitrary patients, and deactivate existing prescriptions tenant-wide.3h
CVE-2026-1244678.8 ALT
—
———OpenEMR before 8.4.0 contains a local file inclusion in the ESign router (library/ESign/Router.php), which passes the unsanitized module parameter into a require_once of '<module>/Controller.php', and the fax module's faxProcessUploads writes attacker-named files to a predictable temp path without extension checks. Authenticated attackers can upload a PHP file named Controller.php, then request interface/esign/index.php with a traversing module parameter to include it and execute arbitrary code.3h
CVE-2026-1244577.6 ALT
—
———OpenEMR before 8.3.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability in interface/billing/sl_eob_process.php that allows authenticated users to write and read files by supplying unsanitized eraname values. Attackers without billing privileges can inject ../ sequences to create ERA report .html files anywhere the web user can write and parse arbitrary .edi files echoed into the report.3h
CVE-2026-1244434.3 MÉD
—
———Frappe Framework before 15.121.1 and 16.x before 16.35.0 contains a broken access control vulnerability in File list and report queries that fails to restrict private file records to authorized users. Authenticated users can query File list or report views to obtain metadata of private files they are not permitted to access.3h
CVE-2026-1244418.8 ALT
—
———Kyverno before 1.19.2 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows namespaced tenants to generate any resource kind in any namespace by templating the generate rule's kind and namespace with variables. Attackers can create a Policy and trigger ConfigMap in their own namespace, causing the privileged background-controller to write NetworkPolicies or RoleBindings into victim or kube-system namespaces.3h
