Descrição técnica

Node Version Manager (nvm) is a POSIX-compliant shell function for managing multiple node.js versions. In versions 0.39.6 through 0.40.8, `nvm ls-remote` (and other commands that refresh remote LTS aliases) store the version column of the mirror's `index.tab` in `$NVM_DIR/alias/lts/` without validating it, and `nvm_normalize_lts` later evaluates any suffix of an `lts/-N` value inside shell arithmetic `$((N+1))`. Under bash and zsh, arithmetic evaluation expands command substitutions in array subscripts, so a stored value such as `lts/-10*path[$(cmd)1]` runs `cmd` as the user when the alias is later resolved by purely local commands (`nvm ls`, `nvm alias`, `nvm use --lts`, `nvm which lts/`), and in every new shell when the `default` alias is `lts/*`. Exploitation requires the victim to use a hostile mirror -- via a compromised mirror or CDN, a network man-in-the-middle of an `http://` mirror, or a maliciously configured `NVM_NODEJS_ORG_MIRROR` -- and to run an affected command. The same sink is also reachable from a project `.nvmrc`, which is treated as hardening. dash is not affected. Version 0.41.0 only passes an all-digit `lts/-N` offset to arithmetic and drops `index.tab` rows whose version is not a valid version string.

CVE-2026-978486.5 MÉD

———A flaw was found in the token sanitization logic of Keycloak, an open source identity and access management solution. The issue occurs when a protocol mapper is configured to emit structured claims using the JSON type. The security check designed to remove unauthorized role mappings only looks for standard Java maps and fails to recognize Jackson based JSON objects. This allows an attacker to inject forged client roles into security tokens, which could lead to unauthorized access to protected resources.4h

———AG2 is an open-source AgentOS. From 0.13.2 until ag2 1.1.1, and from autogen 0.13.2 to 0.14.1, SandboxShellTool configurations using allowed=[...] or readonly=True rely on ShellAdapter._filter and contains_shell_operator in ag2/tools/sandbox/filter.py and ag2/tools/sandbox/adapter/shell.py to validate a command prefix and reject selected shell syntax. The filter omits newline and carriage-return separators, while the accepted raw string is passed to sh -c, allowing an attacker-influenced agent command to execute an additional arbitrary statement. With the default LocalEnvironment backend, the injected statement runs as a host subprocess with the privileges of the agent process and can affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability. This issue is fixed in ag2 version 1.1.1.16h

———MONAI (Medical Open Network for AI) is an AI toolkit for health care imaging. Prior to 1.6.1, PydicomReader._get_affine() trusts non-finite values in the DICOM PixelSpacing, ImagePositionPatient, and ImageOrientationPatient fields and composes them into an affine matrix without validation. An unauthenticated attacker who can upload a crafted DICOM to a default MONAILabel deployment can propagate NaN or infinity values through LoadImaged, Spacingd, model inference, and output writing, causing inference failures, persistent datastore poisoning, or geometrically corrupted results. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.1.17h
CVE-2026-463509.1 CRÍ

———dcmjs is a JavaScript implementation of DICOM manipulation. Prior to 0.52.0, the DecimalString and IntegerString implementations in src/ValueRepresentation.js sanitize text with a permissive regular expression and pass the result to JavaScript's Number constructor without validating finiteness or the DICOM value-representation rules. Scientific notation overflow in a DS or IS field can produce positive or negative Infinity, while stripping alphabetic characters from signed infinity text can leave a sign-only string that converts to NaN. IntegerString also accepts exponent notation and values outside the DICOM signed 32-bit IS range. Applications that trust these parsed values can propagate invalid numbers into spatial geometry, display windowing, dose scaling, frame counts, rescaling, or volume reconstruction, causing incorrect calculations or disrupted processing. This issue is fixed in version 0.52.0.18h

——0FreeSWITCH is a Software Defined Telecom Stack enabling the digital transformation from proprietary telecom switches to a software implementation that runs on any commodity hardware. Prior to 1.11.3, sofia_presence_handle_sip_i_message() split the To user of an inbound SIP MESSAGE on a plus sign and treated the left side as a chat protocol selector. Selecting the api chat proto reached switch_api_execute(), allowing a peer whose MESSAGE was accepted to run FreeSWITCH API commands, including operating-system command sinks, with the daemon's privileges. Inbound chat is enabled on the stock internal and external profiles, and any authenticated profile account is sufficient; stock directory users without password material can also remove that barrier in affected configurations. The flaw permits configuration and credential disclosure, arbitrary call control, and command execution, and exploitation has been observed in the wild. This issue is fixed in version 1.11.3.17h

——0SuiteCRM is an open-source, enterprise-ready Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software application. Prior to 7.15.2 and 8.10.2, AOR_Report::build_report_query_where incorporates a report editor's parameter_value when value_type=Field without sufficient validation. An authenticated user who can save a report can use SQL injection to read the entire SuiteCRM database. Disclosed data can include users.user_hash, OAuth2 tokens, CRM records, report definitions, and configuration data; the connector does not permit stacked queries, so direct write-through-injection is not supported. This issue is fixed in versions 7.15.2 and 8.10.2.20h
