SOEM version 2.0.0 and earlier contains multiple vulnerabilities in frame processing where a malicious device can cause the master to read data outside allocated buffers. The software uses length and offset values from device messages without validating them against buffer sizes. This can cause the master to access invalid memory locations, potentially disclosing sensitive information or causing crashes.

CVE-2026-1236157.5 ALT—
———imgproxy 3.3.0 before 4.0.17 contains an out-of-bounds heap read and write in the ICO loader's BMP header reconstruction (vips_foreign_load_ico_header in vips/icoload.c) when an ICO entry declares a tiny data size, causing unvalidated header fields to be read and written past the allocated buffer. Unauthenticated remote attackers can supply a crafted ICO image to corrupt adjacent heap chunk metadata, triggering a glibc abort that crashes the worker.14hCVE-2026-1235717.5 ALT—
———Hickory DNS from 0.26.0 before 0.26.2 contains an integer underflow vulnerability in TSIG RDATA decoding that allows remote attackers to trigger a panic via malformed records. Attackers can send a crafted TSIG record in DNS wire format to cause unchecked subtraction underflow, crashing builds with overflow checks enabled and causing denial of service.14hCVE-2026-1243124.7 MÉD—
——0Fraunhofer HHI VVdeC through 3.2.1 contains a heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability that allows attackers to crash the decoder by supplying a collocated picture of different resolution. Attackers can craft a VVC bitstream enabling TMVP with a smaller collocated reference picture, causing getColInfo to read past the colMotion allocation when error concealment is enabled.1dCVE-2026-1243106.1 MÉD—
——0Fraunhofer HHI VVdeC before 3.2.1 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability that allows attackers to crash the decoder by supplying bitstreams with overlapping slice CTU coverage. Attackers can code a CTU in a second slice so a bi-predicted BDOF coding unit carries a negative reference index, causing Slice::getRefPic to read outside m_apcRefPicList and crash decoding.1dCVE-2026-1243096.1 MÉD—
——0Fraunhofer HHI VVdeC before 3.2.1 contains a heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability in SEIReader::xParseSEIScalableNesting that allows attackers to read past heap allocations by casting the SEI wrapper object instead of its payload. Attackers can supply a crafted VVC bitstream with a scalable nesting SEI containing a nested buffering period SEI to crash the decoder or copy adjacent heap memory.1dCVE-2026-104267—1.4%
——0Botan is a C++ cryptography library. From 2.7.0 until 3.13.0, Botan's Scrypt implementation on 32-bit platforms computes required memory with unchecked multiplication, allowing attacker-controlled Scrypt parameters to wrap the allocation size and create a buffer smaller than the algorithm subsequently writes. The issue affects systems that enable Scrypt and accept arbitrary parameters from a hostile source, including applications that decrypt attacker-supplied encrypted private keys. A triggering parameter set can cause approximately four gigabytes of Scrypt output to be written past the allocated heap buffer, immediately crashing the process and causing denial of service. Arbitrary code execution is not demonstrated and appears difficult, but cannot be excluded from the overwrite primitive. This issue is fixed in version 3.13.0.2d
